This place is so expensive for what is really low quality food. None of the pictures on the walls look anything like the food you actually receive. 4 percent extra charge to use card- it was 30 bucks to get a wrap and 4 chicken fingers with crinkle fries. Chicken fingers were like chicken nuggets (the meat was ground up not chicken breasts). The Buffalo chicken wrap I ordered was freezing cold looked nothing like pictured- cheese was shredded obviously un melted, tons of sauce and tomato in a huge tortilla with 2 tiny chicken fingers floating in the mess- there was also a random piece of egg in it. The saucy chicken fingers my bf got where not saucy at all. He had to add his own sauce when we got home to stomach eating it. The hotdogs are basic options red, white, chilli and chilli cheese - the issue is they are like 7 bucks you can go to dog town get an amazing gourmet hotdog for 5. We went in around 10 on a Saturday, at this hour it’s run by high school students, no adults present. It seems like the main thing this place has going for it is that it’s a place for teens to hangout late on the weekends. The only reason to go here is if you yourself are a teen or you have no other options. Other than that the establishment is clean and the kids who work there...
Read moreI really hate writing this but maybe it will get the attention of someone who can fix this.
We have been coming here for over 15 years. In person there isn't any issues and when there is it can be handled face to face. Also, pick up orders can be checked for mistakes before leaving.
However, 9 out of 10 orders placed through grubhub, doordash and so on, are always made incorrectly. It doesn't make sense other than no one cares enough to even read the orders. It doesn't even matter what time of day. I have called before and asked to speak to a manager and had rude very young sounding kids say they were. Had them tell me they don't see instructions on the orders but the food is delivered with the order information and instructions attached, the same one they see before making the order.
I would understand if it happened once in a while but it's nearly every time. It can be something as simple as "small amount of Mac salad in a plate" then you receive that order with 75% of Mac instead, to orders made completely wrong even from the basic menu. This has been happening for YEARS.
I hope someone sees this in upper management or the owners. Someone in my family also runs a local food business. They treat all orders the same online as it...
Read moreFood is good. Service is so bad it could win awards. I've eaten here many times and the service is so terrible. Here are a few examples:
I walked in to pick up an order I placed over the phone. I walk up the counter and two people are behind there who look at me and just look away. Only do they engage me when the manager walks in and asks why I am not being helped. These people were about four feet away from me.
I walk in to pick up a phone order and the guy behind the counter takes a while to turn around and when he does he just looks at me. I say "I'm here to pick up an order for __". He doesn't say anything just stares at me for a second, grabs my order and puts it on the counter and promptly turns around. Never said a word the whole exchange, just acted like I was a major inconvenience the whole time.
Today was the final straw. I called with a simple order for pickup. A girl picks up and cuts me off asking if she can put me on hold for a minute. I say sure. Over five minutes later I just decided to hang up because it's not worth my time.
Im not one to write bad reviews but this place leaves me in awe from how bad their service is time and time again. I wish they could get the service right because I do like their...
