The staff is half the time friendly, the other half not so much. One time I went through the drive thru, as I’m waiting for my order I can hear this older lady working the window being screamed at, and it was all she could do to hold back tears. I’d never seen her before I assumed she was new. If it’s a long line, inside or out, be prepared to wait. Especially with drive thru. I have sat for upwards of 30 mins. I went inside one time with a huge line at the counter and the manager was to busy chatting it up with one single customer while her workers looked panicked, busy, and confused, and then didn’t offer much help when she was done with her long chat. Sausage egg and cheese croissant is never consistent, and almost always not good. Cold insides, but burnt outsides vice versa and everything in between. I almost never have an issue with coffee I’m pretty basic with it though. However 7/10 times I go outside my usual, and get an iced signature latte, I’m never asked what kind of milk, and they don’t put whipped cream on it. Luckily I’m a I’ve got better things to waste my energy on kinda girl and just roll with the punches. However it has been like this since before covid and staff shortages. I worked in the food industry for almost 10 years, and with proper management this could be a great dunkin like it was when it first came into the Mobil. It’s the closet one to me and the only one on the way to my destination on my Friday runs. Read moreIf you’re ever feeling too good about your day and want to bring it down a few notches, might I suggest visiting the Dunkin’ at this Mobile station. Ordered two sets of munchkins (or donut holes, for those unfamiliar with Dunkin' lingo). Was met with instant sass from the woman taking my order, who snapped and clearly lost it. My card didn’t go through the first time she swiped it -- but it did the second time. Then, the total she told me didn’t match what was shown on the screen when I ordered. There’s literally a sticker at the order station that says to ask a manager if the totals don’t match. I wasn’t going to say anything because I just wanted to get out of there with my munchkins and whatever shred of patience I had left. But after the credit card drama and her attitude, I politely mentioned the discrepancy. Read moreI use to work here two days a week . Management is crooked and Was quick to short peoples hours and not supportive to the teenagers who worked here. I had many workers who came to me about it and I sent them to upper management about the issues especially being shorted hours or working over the limit for being in high school. Parents and school admins were even involved. Teens went to the owner and got yelled at by manager for contacting the owner. Even called other store managers for advice. If you’re a teen this is not a store for you to work at. I left on good terms in June last year and turned in a letter of resignation dated and I have a copy and they put on paychex I was fired last year in October for false reasons.
