⭐☆☆☆☆ If there were an award for world-class terrible customer service, this Starbucks would win it—hands down. This location serves nothing but bad customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks today. When I pulled up to the window, the barista had my drink in her hand but stood there talking to another employee for about a full minute—completely ignoring me. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment. She eventually handed me the drink without saying a single word, continuing her precious conversation. I asked her how come they don't write on cups like other locations when she handed me my first drink, and she gave me nothing but a bad attitude. She figured, I'll hold on to his 2nd drink for a minute or two as he waits. Maybe because she didn't like the question.
A friend of mine also today asked someone at the window for a Sharpie tonwrite on the cup and she treated him like garbage. It's never about policies and procedures, it's always about how you treat people when you're following them. Be more respectful.
This kind of service is unacceptable—especially from a brand like Starbucks. You can't be in the business of serving people and give them this kind of treatment. No matter what type of day you're having, you still serve people with a smile. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be in this type of business. I don't see Starbucks...

She greeted everyone before me and was so nice to them, but when it was my turn she didnt even tell me hi. I wonder why??? When I received my very berry hibiscus refresher it was made wrong. I had ask them to make it with lemonade but it wasn't. A previous starbucks employee told me to try it with lemonade one day and I have been hooked ever since. I informed this same cashier that my drink was wrong and could they fix it. She told me no and that if I wanted it a different way I would have to pay for it...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I've never been treated this way before. I asked for the manager and guess what?? She told me she was the manager. I said screw it and I left. I should've reported her but I didn't. I was having a bad day that day and she made it worse. My brother was in the hospital. I was having a flare up of fibromyalgia which caused me intense pain. I just went...
Read moreThis place can be good, but if they mess up your order don't bother getting it fixed. I went today after a hard day for a pick me up. At the drive through speaker I ordered two fraps with some food I asked for larges and she clarified that it was vente and I confirmed that I meant that. I also wanted a shot of espresso in one of my drinks. I only noticed she put a quad on the drink when I was already pulling away and up to the window and I asked her about it as soon as I got to the window. She said it was her bad and I gave her the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen and it was as much my fault as it was hers. It took 5 minutes for them to make the new drink and they gave me a medium. I just drove away defeated because at that point I felt if I said anything it would just be worse. The worst part is they make you tip with the card reader now and I always give $2 so then I was charged $26 for the wrong drink and just...
