Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Where do I start....the line is way to long at the drive thru.and now I'm know why ,,you have to check your items before you leave ,nothing worse than driving away just to find out your coffee is not even close to what you paid top dollar for ,and waited 10 minutes .on top if that they were training at 8 o'clock Sunday morning .and completely ignoring people that didn't want to wait in line..it was very bad ..so I went away with my coffee I thought I had a very simple cream and sugar ..I read the sticker it said 5 cream 1 suger ...was not happy...but still go to all the dunkins just check...

I haven't been to Dunkin' in SO long. I was feeling lazy and didn't want to make coffee so stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised with the workers - they were very fast and friendly. I was also impressed with the cold brew with oat milk. They used the perfect amount of milk and it tasted delicious. The croissant breakfast sandwich was also good and I'm glad they have some slightly healthier options now. The avocado toast with tomatoes was pretty good, and I also enjoyed the snacking bacon. I went in and asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and she handed me the drink with no cream and sugar and I asked “could I have the cream and sugar I asked for in that coffee please?” And she snatched the cup off of the counter and kind of rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say anything and then when she was done putting the cream and sugar in it she slammed the cup on the counter and didn’t say anything again. Very rude customer service. The girl had blue and black hair…. She needs to either learn how to deal with customers or she should find another job that doesn’t...
