We got ignored. Easily would've spent another 50 bucks tonight. Came in on a Wednesday post dinner crush (8ish). Bartender doesn't know what grand marnier is so I guess I'm not having a Cadillac margarita even though they have a margarita menu. No big deal. Order our food. People who ordered after us get their food first, not the end of the world. Our food comes, appetizer doesn't come. Ask for a side of blue cheese for our fries, never comes. Drink empty not asked if I'd like another. Ask for bill, charged for everything I never got, Ask to have it remediated, no change on price.

Best part. The owner is sitting right next to us all night getting loaded with his pal.

While the food tasted good (we had chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich) the service absolutely sucked. We ordered chips and queso…never got them. We also asked for blue cheese once our order came…never got those. Not once were we asked if we wanted another drink either and we were sitting at the bar! The bartender seemed more interested in flirting with the older men than taking care of her customers. I get it, you want the tips, but you won’t be getting one from us and you won’t be getting our business again. The best part was the owner was sitting at the bar right next to us! Tried to go here yesterday for the first time with some of my buddies, got there around 9pm, waited in line until 10:45. There were about 10 ppl in front of us in the line when we got there and did not move at all. They let in around 100+ ppl through the side door and main door that were “vip”. Looked liked about 80 younger girls that got let in because they apparently knew the owner. It was a shit show and the security didn’t do their job and showed no integrity for the people who actually waited to get in.
