Awful! Absolutely everything but the place not good but it was clean. We had to chase someone to take our order and then all our food including a $20 salad sat under the food warmer for over 10 minutes boxes up and in a bag, the salad was a pile of mush and the rest was soggy from sitting and steaming in in containers that we were refused when we asked for our food, losey service and they didn't care they were paid and tip already I guess. No one would help us, they refused to give us our food that we paid for a tipped when ordered and I was told you get it when we give it to you, what? We could see it just sitting there in a bag, a very expensive salad, burger fries and a beef in weck that was all soggy. The bar tender finally apologized and said she would refund the card and promised as we had to leave. She never did and 8 calls later, no answer. Think twice about getting food there and don't trust the staff, unless you a regular they ignore you. That unfortunately was our experience, not good! Can't get anyone to answer the phone either the voicemail is full. Maybe if other complaints? Never again!!!! Partial owner was bartending and drinking shots as is customary when he (Dan) is there. Paid for a drink asked for my card back. Dan said he gave it to me. He never did. I asked if he could check. He said no. I called the very next day and spoke with someone other than the part owner and overall unpleasant individual known as Dan. Sure enough my card was there. No apology offered. Business will not last if Dan is allowed to continue in a customer facing role. In his 20 year career as a bartender Dan has received negative reviews both verbally and written.

I can already tell you Dan's response will be to lie about the interaction. Dan is not someone who works, lives, or operates with integrity.

Dan is lucky to have employees that actually do a good job. This almost makes up for his incompetence. I truly feel bad that they have to deal with him on a regular basis.

Super racist and the owner gets in your face for any reason. Their bouncer tried to drag me out when I was sober and doing nothing but asking them why they had an issue with my friend going to the bathroom. Only when I threatened to call the cops did they take their hands off me. Def better places to go but here where they are clearly just on a power trip. Owner needs to figure out a more respectful way to talk to people.

Edit: let's talk about how many times I had to ask you why you wouldn't talk to me in a respectable manner and then we hugged it out. Do I think you are a respectable person, absolutely not. Did cops get called, no because I didn't call them after your bouncer literally tried to yank me out. We were leaving and I all I asked is what we had done before hands were placed on me.
