Read moreI WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! We arrived at 4:58pm in the drive thru. I asked a question on the chicken wings & was told to wait a minute while they asked- they came back 3-4 mins later w/an answer. I then went to order the happy hour drink and was told I can't because it's now past 5pm and would have to pay full price. I then went to order wings- was told it would be at least a 15 minute wait for them. Since I've already wasted 7 minutes between waiting and ordering, I then switched to a Taco Bell option- the order taker ANGELA was completely RUDE! She told me "she can't understand my order so pull ahead"- I gave exact order info to her for the THIRD TIME--a T10-with Beef- 1 soft shell/1 hard shell- with Dt. pepsi. What's so confusing about that???? I pulled ahead and sat for another 5 mins before it was my turn-it's now a young boy (looks to be 13-14 years old??) - Wesley at the window. He reaches his hand out the window for the money. I state "Whats the total, seeing you didn't give that to me or confirm my order at the drive thru speaker" - he looks at a girl next to him (ANGELA)- who then points to a screen for him to look at. He then told me to pull ahead because they were waiting on a tortilla??? I then stated I'd like to get some hot and mild sauce- he hands me 1 pack of each - As I asked "seriously" HE PURPOSELY SHUT THE WINDOW ON ME WHILE I WAS TALKING. I ordered three tacos- sorry but two packs of sauce won't cut it. At this point I'm extremely irritated at the lack of RESPECT I've gotten from ANY employees here. I then demanded a Manager as this has been a completely HORRIBLE experience. A young man named Denzel came- I advised him that this was the worst experience I've EVER had in a drive thru, that his employees have zero respect and customer service skills, and demanded a full refund as I will not be supporting a business whose associates are so rude and incompetent. Denzel refunded me- but never apologized for the disrespectful crew, and I left with NO FOOD. I've worked in a CS role for 20 years, including a fast food setting. I typically never review a place a one star, but this is an exception. Yes, there are times when this Taco Bell actually does something right, but more often than not, they continue to show that there are more things wrong with this establishment. A constant problem I see and others see is the wait time for food. Which is fine, but when it takes some people to pre-order their food so they don't have to wait in line for a long time is a little sad for a "fast-food" establishment.
What puts more salt on that wound is that more often than not, they forget items from your order. Again, its fine if it happens once in a while, we are all human, but it happens almost EVERY SINGLE ORDER! A lot of reviewers would support that claim just from reading them. I don't eat here on my own content, but my family likes Taco Bell food sometimes so I unwillingly agree to pick some up for them. One time I ordered just a few items like 3 soft shell tacos and a taco salad of some kind. We go to the window to pick up the food and after paying we were told to wait by the doors for our food. "That's okay, maybe they are held up," I said to myself. We get our food and look in the bag. Just the tacos were in there. Are you kidding me? Literally four items in total and the one that stood out the most gets forgotten? We go back inside with out receipt and kindly ask if we could have the forgotten taco salad. The lady behind the counter grunted and yelled at the cooks. No apologies or anything. We waited 10 minutes for our taco salad, other food is cold already. All together we probably spent like 30-40 minutes just waiting for 4 ITEMS!

Read moreThis place is horrible. The bathrooms are always so dirty and never cleaned and they have a musty smell, kinda smells like water damage. The workers are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. My husband and I went there at around 11:00 because I wanted Taco Bell and he wanted KFC. I was able to order my food (Taco Bell) but when my husband went to order his they told him that they didn’t have any chicken for KFC ready to cook. My husband said okay that fine what time does KFC open. They said 12pm. However there door says 11am. My husband reminded them about the hours posted and they said that they don’t follow those it’s more of a convenience for the workers. My husband said well those are the hours posted and I’m okay to wait a little bit so you can get KFC ready. Keep in mind it was 11:00. The cashier rolled her eyes and walked away after we paid. We were kinda upset because that’s not really what should happen for fast food. We went to get our drinks from the fountain and my husbands Dr. pepper tasted like chemicals and my sprite tasted like toilet water. We dumped our drinks out and told the workers. And the cashier had said it wasn’t her problem. After about 35 minutes of waiting for my husbands food for KFC, the cook came out and handed the food to my husband and reminded him that KFC doesn’t serve until 12. However the door hours say 11. The entire place was just disgusting, and the workers were rude. They didn’t want to do there job and make it everyone’s problem. We will not be going back until same major changes are made.
