Hailey. Terrible energy, rushed and rude. After waiting almost 15 min in the drive thru with very few cars, I get to the window and she hands me the coffee I ordered, with the hot coffee dripping over the edge. She sees it. I see it. I ask her politely if she can change the cup. She’s visibly annoyed. She leaves, comes back after a few seconds with what I assume is a new lid but not a new cup; no big deal, at least the hot coffee is not dripping on me. As I take the coffee and proceed to put my car in drive to drive away (i guess not fast enough for Hailey) she says out loud, ‘’ C’mon Lady, Jesus!!!!’. Although I am almost gone - and I guess she didn’t think I heard her- i put the car back in park and turn back to ask her her name. ‘Hailey’ she says sheepishly, but no apology. She smuggly continues to serve the next in line. I feel sorry for small cafés like this who have a hard time finding staff and have to continue to employ a woman like this. I have read other reviews. She was very disrespectful when taking our order in drive thru and dismissive of us and we told her we needed a little bit more time to decide what we wanted as if there was anybody else in the line and we were holding it up which there wasn’t and I can see why. As soon as we came up to the window I showed her my heart to show her as proof that I worked for white management as well and there is a 10% discount for that and she told me in a snotty matter that I’m going to need more proof than that. My sister ordered an iced latte with sugar packets which we asked for her in person to put in the bag and lo and behold it was not there. Not too long ago a young girl quit that job in tears and I can see why she would be in distress this place is absolutely abhorrent and that unnaturally aggressive woman needs to be reprimanded for the way she speaks to customers and treats her...
Read moreI have never had such a rude experience before today, Stacy at the drive thru window shouldn’t have a job in customer service if she is going to treat people that way. I ordered a energy cold brew on the mobile app and when I got to the window she said there is no cold brew. She abruptly offered me a coffee of a lesser value of a 4.53$ coffee which I politely declined and just asked for a refund instead. She rudely tosses 3$ and some change and says heres your refund and walks away from the window for about a minute, comes back and also rudely asks if there is a problem. I point out that the refund was 4.53$ and she throws 1.53$ and was like your all set and walks away again. Im not one to complain much because I am pretty easy going but that was the worst I have ever been treated at any establishment.
