This was probably my 4th time trying this Burger King since it opened. I will not go there ever again. I will gladly drive across town to go to the one on 44. First off I told the person at the drive through I was placing two separate orders and she was rude right off the bat "you can't do that here, you can only place one order" instead of being more polite saying I'm sorry we can't do that here. I sent my stepson inside to get the separate order. When I pulled up I asked are you the only location that doesn't allow multiple orders at the drive through and she said very nasty I don't know, I know you can in Highland and Newburgh and that she doesn't work there. Then she handed me my drinks and walked away. She wouldn't even give us our food. A younger gentleman brought us our food and I asked if she was the manager and he said yes after her telling me she doesn't work at that one. My husband then said she was a miserable nasty person, and we drove back around the building to get our son. When he came out he told us the staff inside was commenting on someone saying they were fat and when someone orders something like that they like to make comments. Also another staff member made a comment about if you're going to order 2 whoppers, you might as well have gone to Shoprite. We left and on the way home my son realized they didn't even give him all of his food. Absolutely horrible...

We set a stop on the way back home to try to get something to eat, and as she was driving I looked up the reviews and saw that this place had hundreds of reviews and was at the bottom of two stars.
Every single one of those one-star reviews are correct. I predicted exactly what would happen based on the reviews. We pulled up 20 minutes ahead of closing and nobody said anything. The driver said, do we have to pull up? And then a snide voice sang I'll be right with you. There was nobody ahead of us nobody being served, we waited there for six more minutes hearing nothing but giggling and broken chit chat over the intercom.
There is no nice or mean thing to say about the kitchen staff from this date, August 3rd at 11:40 p.m. they are literally useless and the reason why I am looking forward to either AI or some sort of automation dispensing the food like a vending machine. That way we could have gotten our food rather than wasting 10 minutes going out of our way, and they won't have any money they didn't earn to waste on stuff that's probably be not good for them or the economy.

Read moreTo the Upper Management, you can't run a Fast food establishment with 3 people. Two workers and the manager! Everytime I go there, you're waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get your order taken. IT'S NOT, I REPEAT NOT, the employees fault. Those woman are working as fast as they can. They doing everything they can besides walking across water. People were walking out . I can't blame them. My wife and i waited patiently because, I worked for Burger King in the 1980s and we worked with a minimum of 6 employees per shift, not including the managers. GREEDY, UPPER MANAGEMENT!! DO YOUR JOB!! Address the issues. Hire more workers! I will be be sure to copy and pass this to McDonald's MANAGEMENT. Let them know there may be a prime target for a restaurant. Those four or five customers that I counted that left wasn't happy and I remember a couple of remarks, "I don't have time for this", "It's always like this," and I remembered this gentleman that was four people behind us, he came up to the counter and yell to the back," Is anyone gonna take care the customers in the dining room? It's always this way, they only tend to the drive...
