The barista refused to do a pour over in a coffee unless it was one they had on brew for the day which kinda defeats the purpose. After he said no he just spun acting on his heal and ignored me when I tried to discuss it. He did make a comment about getting in trouble for doing that at another location. I’ve been getting put over coffee for years if they didn’t brew any I liked. So we went up the road to another Starbucks where they made my pour over without even questioning it. They also had a sign at the end of the counter that reflected their service perfectly! I’m attaching a photo of the second Starbucks mission. Maybe this Starbucks should come up and learn a few things. Oh yeah, they also made my fiancés special birthday drink and wished everyone a happy valentines as they were leaving. This store said nothing to us as we left a bit disappointed. FYI the Starbucks that we enjoyed so much is in...
Read moreI took my wife to this location this morning to placed an order for a large ice coffee and a snowman cookie, I happened to look at the time and it was 10:03. We both patiently waited with our 2 month old and a few others for 27 minutes to see nothing but mobile orders being pumped out, I decided to ask politely about the status of our order and the woman making the coffees said "I'm making it now" and seemed somewhat frustrated. Once she called out our order, I politely said "I'm also waiting on the snowman cookie", the same woman got on her headset as I walked over the the counter to get the cookie and said "the gentleman can't wait for his cookie patiently, can you get it". I completely ignored her irrelevant comment as I waited 29 min in total for 1 coffee and 1 cookie just to be told I...
Read moreThis place is totally in over it's head in volume. Half of the Marist student body is in there for drinks, which pushes wait times to 15+ minutes.
The staff is clearly overwhelmed. Ownership needs to figure something out to solve this issue, because I don't see that as being sustainable. People like myself will lose patience and just not go.
Sure you're making a killing for now and the location is great, but it's extremely blown up all of the time and I recently had wait times for one drink of 20-45 minutes. This makes me hesitate on going in at all.
Unfortunately I don't see anything changing, which means they'll lose some people's business and it won't matter to their bottom line. There will be no changes and I'm just going to go less knowing you won't miss my...
