Mid-Hudson Plaza — Local services in Town of Poughkeepsie

I really like this shop rite it's very clean & the staff is very helpful. They have a lot of varietys of things. From hair care, body, creams, RX over the counter, bakery, fish, meat, snacks, mops, dairy etc. The one thing I'm wondering about is yes they have a lot of stuff but there's a little bit of everything. Like the baby food they have all the brands but just a few of each kind, or like snacks will say rold gold pretzels reg kind there's 3 different types(shapes), but the flavored kind there's a few more so it looks like there a lot but not a big variety & thats through out the store. Other then that I really like shopping here. I love that they have so many self check outs & 1 self check out with a full belt for a big order or in the middle of the self check outs theres all the regular registers with the staff. Over by the health & beauty aids & courtesy counter there's 2 self standing computers were if u forgot to download your coupons you can pull up your shop rite card & download the coupons you forgot. There's other things you can do with that computer too. If you haven't already tried this store give it a try. My suburbans serpentine belt broke right before the parking lot at Marrists. 3 other people helped me push the SUV out of traffic and road to the parking lot. Before I could stop the car two security officers came running over before I had the chance to park the car they stated we didnt look like we resided there and what business did I have here. Told them the situation broke down on main road and would be calling a tow truck. They stated instead how about we can just call the police and they can handle the situation. The Mid-Hudson Plaza on Route 9 North has a ShopRite supermarket that is vast in size and food selection. The bakery section has fresh scrumptious and delicious baked goods. There’s a good selection of cold cuts in the deli department. There’s plenty of meat choices (chicken, beef, pork, etc) with both brand names and non-brand names.
