Hava Java Uptown — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

Went for breakfast to Hava Java in Pomona this morning. Ordered the Egg and Cheese Quesadilla. My wife selected light cheese from the options menu. When we went to pick up the order from the counter the Quesadilla was over stuffed with so much cheese you could not see the egg. I requested to speak to manager and he came over and was very confrontational. I explained very calmly that I would like the Quesadilla remade the correct way with light cheese to which he responded "I will not remake your order..the only thing I can do is take the melted cheese off with my hands." I responded that was disgusting and not acceptable to which the manager replied "If you do not like it to bad and you do not have to eat it." I was appalled at his bad attitude and disgusting behavior. Not sure how a manager in a restaurant gets off speaking to a customer this way! In conclusion the manager refused to remake the food and refused to refund my money. I left the food since it was not edible. I am extremely let down in Hava Java and would NEVER recommend them for any catering, events or breakfast/lunch. Being combative to a customer over a $20 Quesadilla is disgusting behavior.
