Dear David, I saw your review and decided to respond. I understand how frustrating this may have been for you. I’ve been using Jason for 4.5 years. Jason and Christian are great barbers and amazing people however they do have a policy that appointments are required.

Even myself as being a great client, there are times when I forget to make an appointment and I understand that me going now without an appointment I may have to wait until all the appointments are done which I’ve done multiple times.

I understand not knowing the policy can be frustrating and coming in wanting that haircut which you were looking forward to and see another person go (with an appointment) and not you sucks and I’m sorry for that.

Please give Jason and Christian another shot with an appointment they are the best in the haircutting industry!

Christian is excellent! He is no longer working here. He's now at Ricky's Barber Studio in New City.

Very friendly and accommodating. Please remember to tip! I've seen people not tip, possibly out of ignorance. There are longer wait times for Jason. Pay in cash. $5 more to use Zelle. Average prices for haircuts. Very nice staff and...
