The experience I had at this subway was the worse I have ever had. I was treated with disrespect and my money was STOLEN from me which is completely disgusting and at this point i’m thinking of getting cops involved. I had ordered on the app at a PARTICIPATING LOCATION the buy one get one free footlong sandwich. When i had got to the location they said they couldn’t find my order for almost 3-5 minutes and when they finally found is they refused me service. The worker, Laura, who was the mom of the “owner” told me that things are expensive now and they don’t give away free food. She told me they could make me the sandwich i paid for but that was it . I kept telling her about the app but she said that it’s not her fault because subway doesn’t tell them when the promotions take place and she admitted to cancelling multiple orders like this. She claimed she has called corporate to take it off the app but according to the reviews I was reading online this has been an ongoing issue. She was completely rude in explaining and was like what do you want me to do. I didn’t ask for a refund at all I said i wanted my food and she just gave me a “refund.” On top of this she literally had her KID with her at WORK. Behind the counter and near the food which i found completely out of line. When she claimed to refund me all she did was hand me a duplicate of my receipt not a void receipt that shows my refund. I spent around $9 and used $6 in points. When i asked when I would get my money back she had told me tomorrow and told me I could go to a different subway but I told her but I can’t use my points and asked when they would be back. All she said was oh i don’t know. She did not care at all. I didn’t notice that the receipt was just a duplicate until she had left a worker there by herself with no manager. When i went back in she said she “cancelled the order” and was supposed to hand me a void receipt but she didn’t. I’ve waited a couple days as the charge was pending on my account but the money was NEVER returned to me nor my points. She never cancelled my order she had claimed that I picked it up. On the app it even says I picked it up not cancelled or return issued. I have screenshots of all this information and at this point I am livid with the way I have been treated by these workers. I want my money back along with my points as soon as possible since the worker claims “things are expensive today” but cares little about my money. Read moreBeen going here for about year off and on, always buy footlong Turkey, swiss, spinach, tomato, cucumber, onions, green peppers, nothing else. Before this wknd it was always no issues , as the person always double the Turkey without me saying a word, this time, it looked like I just got 6 slices, as it didn't even cover the length of the footlong, I asked how many slices of Turkey did you put , replied 8, really , that's it, was told that's all we can do ,, really, I then asked for a little more onions, she didn't add but an additional 2-3 slices, wow ! What's going on here, she went to the register and told me its 11.89,,, I'm like how much ?? Told me again, I used to pay 7.99 plus tax,, this is crazy,, I asked if the prices went up, she and the asian lady both yelled back that's the price. Ok I'm just asking , I never paid this much for a footlong from this store in over a year,, well that's the price, ok, and you didn't add that much vegetables and Turkey to my order, ..no response!! Read moreExtremely disappointing experience at this location, This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order here for the “Subway Series Meal of the Day” deal, only to be told after arriving that the sandwich I ordered wasn’t available. Most recently, I ordered the Cold Cut Combo, which is one of Subway’s most basic and standard sandwiches. When I arrived for pickup, the staff told me they “don’t have the Cold Cut Combo” and that my order would need to be canceled.
This raises major concerns: if a Subway can’t provide one of its core menu items (which uses standard deli meats they clearly have on hand for other sandwiches), it feels misleading for the app to show this location as participating in the promotion. The fact that this information is not communicated until customers physically arrive is both frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’ve driven out of your way expecting your order to be ready.
Patterns like this make me question the management and reliability of this store. I strongly encourage corporate Subway to review this location’s operations and customer service practices. Customers deserve transparency and consistency, not repeated last-minute...
