
The regional manager is someone that doesnāt have class at all! I pay more because I have a really bad back & need desperately to ( enjoy massage chair) she Natalia, regional manager says we the clients must gravel to get one coin for 5 minutes yet other machines that donāt work for my injury one sitting is 10 minutes! We cannot get 2 coins for what reason? This is why I pay the extra money! Itās so classless to say to someone ā absolutely u cannot have 2 coins because Iām the boss & I say so? I donāt understand this is the only gym in the world where they do not care about their clients only what this young manager decides are rules are now the rules! When I first came here it was really quite nice but since she has come all she cares about is the stupid coins? I think making the client happy should be more important! Now they allow kids to come for the summer for free, they have ruined most of the machines then we have to wait months to get it fixed! I guess she thinks people want to take home these amazing wonderful, useless coins for the bus , I heard, or they work for other things ! So make a rule for these kids that shouldnāt b allowed to use the black card xtraās thatās probably why she feels so strongly about these stupid coins that only work for planet fitness massage chairs ! Once I stand up to run back to the front desk to have to ask for another coin , Iām already in pain so it makes no sense to relax to get back up to run to the front desk to get one more coin to get 10 minutes! Why did I get the black card? I wish that they cared about us the client! Itās very sad! She is the one that really freaks out about this issue! I think thereās a lot more issues she needs to worry about this being the stupidest rule and sheās not nice to clients at all! She thinks sheās the queen somehow? I really am so disappointed about this manager and the things she worries about? Why the coins r such an issue! She needs to worry more about the kids ruining everything and maybe they r taking the stupid coins home! Idk but why would anyone take the freaking coins home! Please help me with this issue! Ā Ā Ā Read moreVERY disappointed with the customer service! Donāt know her name but the manager with the pink hair did not act in a professional manner. I called to cancel my sons membership and was told I needed to do it in person. Ok, no problem. I go the very next day and the gentleman behind the counter told me that my payment was pending and he couldnāt do anything. So I asked to speak to the manager to see if she could help. I explained to her how I was told I needed to come down and with an attitude she tells me thereās nothing she can do and besides that I needed to cancel a week prior the payment due date. I tried to explain to her that when I called I was not told that and as I was talking she rudely walked away as if I wasnāt even speaking. I knew I wasnāt going to get anywhere with an incompetent person like that so I signed the cancellation waiver, walked out and immediately called my bank. My bank told me that Planet Fitness actually could reverse the charges because it was still pending. Luckily my bank does hire people that know how to treat their customers and do their job correctly so once the charges go through the bank will file a claim for me and reverse the charges. I look at flier and I decide I want to do the $24 package she hands me the tablet and tells me to fill it out. She appeared rude and annoyed as she had me standing up while filling it out my personal information while people are checking into the gym. Then this African American employee woman comes and tells me to have a seat, very polite and friendly. She took her time explaining why I needed to fill out each section while the young caucasian girl looked like she wanted to make a sale off of me. I also asked the young Caucasian girl do they have lockers and she said yes we do instead of asking if I wanted a tour. The African Americans woman explain my payment and the yearly payment when it will come out of my account. If it wasnāt for this lady and her professionalism I wouldnāt sign up.
