Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Richland

Food is well prepared and good as Arby's goes but this has to be the slowest Arby's that I've ever been too. Drive thru or eat in, is equally slow.

This is not fast food by any means but if you are patient and have the time to spare the Arby's menu is well prepared here. I wrote this entire review while waiting in the drive thru and I started it after I was half way to the window, with only one car left in front of me, sitting waiting for their food.

Are you getting a sense of what I mean by slow because I'm getting bored writing this and I haven't even paid yet.

9 cars have gotten McD in the time we've waited for 3 cars here and there never was a line at McD. I just finally handed them my card to pay from the single CC machine in the building. Pulled into the drive through @10:46pm tonight (thinking it was open) I was left sitting at the speaker box until 10:52pm without anyone speaking. I finally googled the hours and noticed it was closed. I get it. I pulled in almost an hour after close, but the employees were literally at the window talking with two people in a truck. Lights still on, the place looked open. Someone should have answered the intercom and told me they were closed. Tuesday, I went there Food was terrible, while giving my order I could tell the worker was getting irritated which was rude since I only ordered one meal. When I got to the window I’m unsure if it was the same person however they were just as rude. I believe his name was Tom or Brian I remember it being some name like that, he had a bad attitude which I’m sure is not something that is supported at Arby’s.
