Yes, I do visit Catskill Brewery quite often and in season before and after trout fishing just down the road. You all by now read all the glowing positive honest reviews. They are true! Sometimes one must discuss the Brewery beyond the excellent beers(although I'm not a fan of "sours"). Recognition of the fact that you are sitting and drinking in a real brewery almost close enough to touch the brewing vats,or whatever they are called, the aromas and sounds. As a retired social worker/investigator I can truly state that the servers have always been courteous and knowlegable and very easy to converse with. One more consistant observation: it seems that without exception all the visiting patrons easily take part in verbal comradery with staff and other patrons and that is a very good thing.
