Evelyn's Ice Cream Bar — Restaurant in Town of Rockland

I have a delightful story. I live in Florida. Our adult daughter celebrated a milestone birthday in Livingston Manor in August. We wanted to surprise her with something. I called Evelyn’s Ice Cream Bar. The EXTREMELY nice employee went above and beyond to give me great service. She made this beautiful ice cream cake. The story only gets better. Our daughter’s cousin in California was supposed to attend the birthday celebration, but had to cancel at the last minute. He didn’t know about my contact with Evelyn’s. He also called Evelyn’s and set up a special account for the birthday people. It was a surprise for our daughter. The rest of the guests knew whenever they went into the ice cream shop, they could order and use a secret password. The cousin set up an account with Evelyn’s and paid the whole tab. THE BEST ice cream I ever had. The vanilla soft serve was so tasty and the sprinkles were so fresh. They also had raspberry froyo which was a beautiful shade of pink and tasted so delicious.
