Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Rye

This was my 1st time at this Starbucks and it was surely busy. In my opinion, there wasn't enough staff making drinks to hold of the crowd. Also, the place was dirty, especially where the workers were. I asked for a drink that gets 5 pumps of chocolate to only have 2 and substituted with one pump of another flavor and I was up charged for it. This has become a common practice at Starbucks and I believe they're ripping people off. I think the manager had to step in and make my drink because the line got too long. I was told this is a busy Starbucks but at the same time, there needs to be a big effort to get people their drinks. The staff was very cordial. This store seems to small to accommodate the amount of business it gets, in other words, the capacity to make drinks is not sufficient...

This Starbucks is at a perfect location for many consumers. It is right smack in the middle of the surrounding stores. Inside of Starbucks don’t expect a huge space. By far, this Starbucks is the smallest one of its kind. And less than half of the wireless chargers aren’t functioning properly. Pro tip: If you are a very inpatient person, I would recommend using the Starbucks app to order your drinks before hand. I am a very regular Starbucks customer and have been to locations all over the country. The rye brook location is closest to me and I frequent it often. I’ve written to corporate on more than one occasion to sing their praises. You will not find a warmer, cheerier staff. They are truly exceptional and make my mornings brighter. The drinks are always perfect and everything comes out lightning fast. If anything goes wrong (almost never happens), they are happy to fix it immediately.
