This happened literally from 7:20 - 7:45pm yesterday, 4/23/23. The "manager" on duty was disrespectful and unprofessional. Waited a good five minutes before anyone came to the front counter and even then I was ignored, had to interrupt and give them the names of the two Door Dash orders I was waiting on. One kid started getting take out orders together, handed me one, then disappeared. At this point I'm there for 15 minutes and told they're waiting on chicken nuggets. Okay, fine, no problem, they were definitely busy. All of a sudden they're all in the back, I hear someone ask another kid if he wants to go smoke a joint. He said he felt peer pressured, laughed, and gave me this awkward glance. I said I don't know where the other kid went, but I also need two drinks for the order. I heard him tell someone twice that I needed the drinks. At this point another woman is standing at the counter, waiting to place her order. Finally, after waiting for over 20 minutes, the "manager" is bagging the food and asks the guy at the drive thru to get the drinks. I comment that it's crazy how during all that time, no one had gotten the drinks. He says they're short staffed. I said okay, but clearly unorganized as well, it took two seconds to get the drinks. So the manager mocks me and says to the drive thru guy "thanks for taking the two seconds to get those drinks". I ask if it's possible to get a drink carrier and he says he was "waiting for me to ask". I asked for his name and to talk to the manager and he walked away. The woman next to me still hadn't been acknowledged and pointed out his red and white striped "manager" shirt - mind you not a single employee was wearing a name tag. This "manager" walked behind the kitchen where he was out of sight, ignoring me when I was asking for his name. The woman next to me walked out of the restaurant and left, said it was unbelievable how he was acting. The kid who felt peer pressured about the joint came up to the counter and unfortunately received the brunt of my frustration. He also wouldn't tell me his name but claimed to be one of the managers. Refused to give me the other manager's name. It's understandable that a lot of places are understaffed, but even when you're understaffed and busy, you still work in customer service. They had plenty of time to mess around in the back when everything was at a stand-still, but couldn't bother to finish getting me the order I needed or take that other woman's order. I will be...

Today August 16, 2025 at 4:35 pm We placed our order which consisted of 2 family meals, assorted sides, and a couple wraps with a large fry. When our order was confirmed they said it would be ready at 4:42. I figured this was to be delayed but to my surprise they said all they were waiting for was the fries. Awesome! Sat down, 5 minutes go by, my wife hears someone yell from the back "Fries are up." 10 minutes go by and another gentleman comes in and orders 2 family meals, 4 famous bowls and assorted other things including drinks. Another 15 minutes go by (in which time I have visibly seen 7 or 8 cars come and go through drive-thru) this gentleman gets his food. Meanwhile, I have been waiting 30+ minutes for my order now, I decide to go inquire about it. Kid clocks in (I am sorry) and catches the brunt of my frustration where I stated how this guy has his food, drive-thru is still churning out orders, and they said they were only waiting for my fries when I hear probably the rudest attitude I have heard in a "fast food joint" say " I AM LITERALLY MAKING IT RIGHT NOW." Kid tells me they are making it now. I hold my tongue and they bring my food about 5 minutes later. Went through everything to find out, THEY FORGOT THE G.D. FRIES!!! Walked up to the counter once again to inform them of their mistake, a young worker fulfilled me with the fries and I leave.
Let me be clear, I know I am not what you call a patient person, and yes and can have a tendency to be rude. However, this experience is completely unacceptable, and what was supposed to be a simple intimate dinner with my family turned into a pile of rage at the neglect and incompetence shown at this establishment. I will be contacting corporate, I will be filing a complaint, and I for damn sure will never be coming back to this particular KFC.

Read morewent to this location yesterday (nov 6 sunday).. this was right around 1230 or so. as we were walking up to the register, the counter person (younger male), did not greet us, almost seemed bothered that we were there. my wife actually had to mention to him about greeting the customer. after placing our order, we were not thanked, just handed the receipt. we waited nearly 15 minutes for our food. not once did a mgr or anyone for that matter let us know what was going on. my wife at this point was clearly annoyed. the mgr?? (terri) came to the front counter and said something to my wife. my wife turned to walk towards our table. the person that took our order said something to the effect of "what did she say". i then got up and went up to the counter. terri came back up and said that they were shorthanded (my response to this was not the customers problem). i told her that NO ONE said anything to us during that 15 min wait. terri then proceeded to say that " we were giving them a hard time at the counter". i told her (not very politely i will say ) that i just paid the kfc $25, and I AM GIVING YOU A HARD TIME?????????? R U SERIOUS????????? i asked her the dm name and number, to which she basically shoved the sign on her front counter at me and said there it is. got home and called the dm number that was listed. as of 9:00 pm tonight, i never got a call back. i guess this is how taco bell and kfc treat their customers. believe me when i say, don't go to this location. on the way out of the parking lot, the person that took our order was standing in their shed smoking something. this is a great image that i am sure taco bell/ kfc wants their customers to see.
