Just had the best experience! Stopped for dinner on 6/7 around 6:30PM. The guy who made our food was so welcoming and friendly, and you could tell he actually cared about the work he was doing. I came in last night with my wife to pick up our subs, and while we were waiting, a disgruntled customer entered and caused quite a scene. She was incredibly rude to the staff, and I was genuinely shocked by the way she spoke to them. If I had been in their position, I’m not sure I could’ve kept my cool—but the staff handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and grace. Ordered ahead online for 8 subs for an office of people. Pickup time was 12:25-12:30. Showed up at 12:24 and the order wasnt even started and there were multiple people working who all seemed to have attitudes that there was an order for 8 subs. While I stood and waited for the order, 7 people went ahead of me and all received their food before my order was finished. Then when all the cold subs were done, they just started the one hot sub.
