Today, a Skippy truck with a "6" in the windshield pulled out in front of me leaving me approximately 6-7 feet to maneuver around it so I wouldn't collide with it. This sent me into the other lane with another vehicle heading straight towards me. I called the phone number from the side of the truck to make a driver complaint. The vile woman who answered the phone, Gina, who identified herself as the owner, could have cared less. Because I was upset over the event that had just unfolded involving her reckless driver, I said a swear word. Gina chastised me. I should use a smaller word here so Gina understands. Gina yelled at me for swearing. You can imagine how things went from here as Gina was more taken aback by a swear word than her reckless driver almost causing an accident. I allowed Gina to continue to embarrass herself before informing her that I was recording the conversation. She then immediately attempted to rewrite history and act as stupid as I believe she is. Never an apology and zero concern for behavior that could cost her the business when this reckless driver does cause an accident. I disconnected the call. Several minutes later, Gina's "manager" called me. He is very protective over his Gina and even invited me to "meet in person to discuss the situation". This man is very belligerent and uneducated. I also let Gina's manager embarrass himself before I advised that the conversation was being recorded. He then said he didnt have anymore time to waste on me and hung up.
I have NEVER encountered such adolescent narcissistic behavior from "leaders" of a business before. These two individuals, along with Skippy's Ice Cream, are the finest examples of what is wrong with the world today. I am leaving this review for the individual that is injured by the irresponsible employees and owner of Skippy's so their attorney may contact me for the video documentation that was obtained today.
Gina, sweetie, we all see your responses to your negative reviews where you try to make it the poster's fault. If you think everyone else is the problem when they bring issues to your attention, the problem is clearly you....

Recently we requested skippy’s for my school as an incentive for my students. We were told that there was no booking fee and that students should be expected to bring about $3.
Unfortunately we had a medical issue and needed to reschedule.
After emailing correspondence that we needed to change the dates, we never received a confirmation of the new date. We assumed the truck would not show.
The day that we tried to reschedule for, the truck was present. When speaking to the woman she was extremely rude insisting that she responded to my email, confirming the new date. When asked to show the response, she made a snide comment saying this was very “typical” of my urban school district.
She also demanded to a fellow colleague that we owed her $50 as she “had a truck full of ice cream.” Strangely she had no change to even accommodate for students with larger bills.
Her covert remarks had classist and racist undertones. This company does not deserve the business of any “typical” consumers while employing a bigot. (Click to read full review.)
