Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

I have never been what you'd call a morning person Now don't get me wrong , mornings are lovely, sun rises are gorgeous especially on the beach. , I'm just not one of those "RISE& SHINE " pulling open blinds! Ahhhhhh.! Perhaps I was a Vampire in a previous life, but for me. I like a quiet yen like start to my day. But however you start your's, There's nothing like a frozen coffee ( shot of expresso for me!!) To stay positive. Its delicious! The staff are very good, and make it a custom ( just the way you like it!) Cup, of hot , or a lg . Iced or frozen coffee, you'll love it. Prices are reasonable., and their new Belgian waffle sandwich seems to be a hit...

I never leave reviews but this really pissed me off. The newer staff is very rude. I ordered a drink for a friend using the drive thru, it was made wrong and the wrong size, when I went to have it remade and the girl looked at me like I was stupid scoffed and poured it down the sink, remade it and set it down roughly on the counter and proceeded to speak to the girl she seemed to be training about how ridiculous remaking the drink was. I was respectful and calm asking to fix the drink, the attitude and overall unhappiness of the staff is off-putting. One of the worst services i ever experienced. No one says “thank you” or “ have a good day” nothing. Went to just grab a couple donuts at my local dunkin place. I didn't even mind waiting the 8 minutes for just 2 donuts. 1 girl was helping customers that just walked in and the other filling whatever she was doing. The girl filling things then so saw my to go ticket, grabs the donuts put in the box and slams the box on the counter, like i was being impatient. She was absolutely rude, and not one word came out.
