Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

I live in PA and took a trip to Saugerties, NY for 5 days. I went to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts location for every day that I was there. One of the days that I went, my total was $17.88. At first the cashier said that my card didn’t go through the first time so she swiped it again. Once I got home from my trip I noticed there were double charges for this same amount. I called corporate and this location for a refund for the second charge. The manager told me that she cannot refund the amount for I have to physically come in to the store. I told her I can’t do that. She offered to send me a $20 gift in the mail, which I accepted and proceeded to give her my information. 2 weeks went by and I haven’t received the gift card. I continued to call back and the employees told me the manager was either not there or the phone continued to ring and no one would answer. Now 2 months have gone by and this issue is still not resolved. I HAD to call my bank in order to get my refund. My experience overall was great while I was there. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I am extremely disappointed in how this specific location handles these types...

I ordered two iced coffees. It was as if the staff didn’t know if they were working at the counter or the drive through. Went to the car and the lid kept popping off. Went back in to get a new lid. Waited, and waited at the counter with no one even acknowledging me. Finally a dude came close enough. Frustrated that I asked for help. Explained I just need a new lid. He grabbed one, then right in front of me he wiped the inside of the lid on his shirt, over his belly. Gross!!. I called him out on it. A second employee, young, blonde with piercings came up and started talking back to me, as if I am the problem for needing a new lid. While I put the lido , that she gave me, she continued about how I am a problem. Told her to not sass me, respect her elders and keep her mouth shut. She continued her loud talk back as I left. I went there hungry and it was just about 30 minutes till closing.. The employees stated that they had shut down the ovens for cleaning. . I asked if this was daily thing or just a one time fluke.. he said they shut them down 30 mins prior to close everyday.. So I said you guys should have a sign up with the oven hours, separate from the resturant hours. He said no we couldnt do that we are still open.

To top it off I ordered a large and handed him cash for my drink as I am putting my straw in my drink to leave I notice while he gave me the correct change I noticed he voided my large and rang up a small probably to pocket the difference for himself..

I pulled into the McDonalds to get something for my hunger.. I guess on a positive note my drink was...
