I waited 20 minutes and didn't even get to order! The line literally did not budge! I left after sitting in line for 20 minutes. As did others!

Also, what's the point of ordering in advance if there isn't a line for that? You still have to sit and wait anyways. That's what happened to the guy behind me! NEVER...
