I think this subway must have new ownership, because I’ve never had an issue like this before. I ordered my sandwiches on the app to this location, and made sure to order them toasted. I was walking in as they finished the order and saw through the glass they hadn’t toasted the sandwiches, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I’d missed them, and grabbed my sandwiches. When I went into my car the sandwiches were ice cold (I ordered them at 7:00 got there at 7:15) and the cheese wasn’t melted the bread was soft. No big deal, just went in to ask if they could make the sandwiches again since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches, and insisted they had done nothing wrong. They asked for the sandwiches, I handed them the sandwiches and they opened them, saw the bread cold, soft, untoasted and the cheese solid and unmelted and still insisted it had been toasted and they didn’t have to remake a sandwich they didn’t make wrong. Then we just asked for our money back at that point, but they said they don’t do that, after having taken our sandwiches from us and torn them apart to prove they had been toasted, which they had not. I almost feel insane writing this post. Then they got their manager on the phone who told us to call the police if we wanted to, but ultimately refunded the order. Very strange interaction. Read moreI ordered 2 toasted sandwiches online. I picked them up and took them home. I ate one and realized it was cold - not toasted at all. I called and told them to be aware for next time. I just wanted to make them aware so I could go back. The guy who works there repeatedly told me that he was SURE they were toasted. I went back and gave him the sandwich and asked them to check for himself. He put it on the table behind him and just started asking me what type of sandwich I want. I told him I wanted him to check the sandwich and he asked what type of sandwich I want again. I told him he should check because he didn't believe me. He said he is not debating it with me. I told him HE is the one who started debating it with me. I didn't care to come back, but he couldn't believe that they did not toast it, so I had to go back. He got a nasty attitude, so I left. Lied about having honey mustard in stock when the employees looked for it and said they do not have any in stock. When I asked for my money back and my sandwiches to be made right I was told not to come back as a customer. Which I will never do business with subway or any affiliated companies to them . They don't care about service or you only about the money. Never buy from this location and I advise never to buy from this or any other company related to the subway. Horrible...
