Really disappointed with the customer service in this place. Walked in and stood around for 10 to 15 minutes. Completely felt like I was invisible because everybody avoided eye-contact. Somebody walked in behind me and was helped immediately. After some time, when some other people walked in we were all advised to move into the lobby. It was only after multiple people were behind me for them to acknowledge “maybe they don’t know”. It is important to point out that my food was made by the time I walked in. I stood around for an extra 10 to 15 minutes because nobody took the time to acknowledge there was somebody standing in the wrong place. Any time I’ve ever come to this location I was never told to stand somewhere else to be helped.

This was not my first bad experience with the employees at this location and I was pretty frustrated the last time I came here. I invited my friend to enjoy some food with me for the first time and we were going to sit and eat there. We were going to pay after eating and drinking. I’ve never sat and ate at a place that serves food and had to pay right away. It didn’t make any sense. My friend got there before I did. I was going to take the food to him as he was going to pay. After I already paid I went to grab drink my drink and told my friend to grab his. Employee stated we weren’t allowed to sit down and drink our beverages until they were paid for.

I was a regular and I work in the same town. They required that I paid for everything right away instead allowing us to pay after the food. Really unfortunate. I wasn’t going to post anything after my last bad interaction but I was really disappointed about...

I've been eating here since 2006. Always good for pizza especially the sesame seed crust and fresh sauteed spinach. Then they expanded and expanded again and the prices went up and the quality of the counter staff went down. Tonight I ordered veal saltinbocca, worst I ever had as it was mostly cheese and the sauce was so watery I had to spill it out in order to eat the dish. I was charged for my ice cream- $4.50 for a small cup but the counter staff didn't make sure it was in my box. Told me I could come back for it or take a credit for a future visit. Like I'm going to remember that. How about they should have offered to deliver that and the horrible root beer float that they left on the counter with the sodas until the whipped cream melted the ice cream melted I to the root beer and the sodas lost their cool. But if I wanted a credit for the float I would have had to hold on. After waiting over 90 minutes for my food I wasn't going to wait on the phone. Only one soda flavor was correct. The other I guess was whatever they chose to provide. The only good item was the egg and pepper hero. Worst yet we're thes baked clams. Cold and congealed and worst I've ever had. I guess the clams walked away on disgust because I couldn't find them and the dish went right into the trash. And we paid A LOT for this horrible experience. Tried to call and was placed on hold for 5 minutes to complain. Horrible burnt garlic rolls and uncooked calzone. Plus wait 20 minutes and had to ask if our food was ready.recevied calzone already cut in half and topping falling out in smallest container they could find. If I wanted to cook or eat slop I would have made something to eat at home. Then I was told they don't give credit for ruining my dinner. Unfortunately they have lost my business. Plus they said it's a holiday weekend why don't you try on a not busy day. Unbelievable as to this place being in the Hamptons. I have had better experiences at busy pizza joints. Another thing they served 5 people larger orders and 2 small orders that ordered after us first. But 2 of them were law enforcement so I am okay with that. Asked for extra sauce and they gave us 1 tiny sauce. Plus one of the orders was told sorry we burnt ur garlic knots but we ran out so we gave u 4 burnt knots. How do u justify being able to serve food like that. I'm not from this area and this is not how I wanted to experience a place that was recommended so highly. I had to go home to recook the slop and peel off the burnt parts to have dinner and still I only ate a few bites and threw it all out. After a day no response from the manager. Wow this is...
