Bagel Place Cafe & Deli LLC. — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I had to go out to South Hampton today & on the way back we stopped at this bagel store, time was 1:50 PM and sign said they were closing at 2. Bought 8 bagels-(4 egg, 3 egg everything & 1 salted), Lox Spread & a muffin. Got home and all 8 bagels were hard, plus I asked for a Banana muffin & I open the wrapper & there's a double chocolate chip muffin inside, I could see if they were busy & made a mistake, but I was the only one in the store. also the Lox spread was 14.00 for a pound, bagel store near me sells lox spread for 6.75 & theres big pieces of lox in it. Next time I want a bagel & I'm out east, I'll drive right by this place. really disappointed, cause we were looking forward to eating our bagels when we got home, maybe the raccoons will enjoy them cause they're in the...

Poor customer service and lack of care towards their product and what I’m paying for. A bagel establishment should know how to prepare a bagel with cream cheese. They do not. It doesn’t get more basic than that. I ordered two light bagels, meaning they are not too brown on top and did not request them to be toasted. No effort was made to be sure the bagel I got was as requested, he just grabbed two bagels, both were too dark. Additionally, they were both cut poorly making it difficult to eat bc the bottom too thin making them crumble while trying to eat them, and they were not cut through in half so with this pulling them apart made a mess of the bagel. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated for what I’m paying for. The wait time is...
