This store is supposed to be open for drive through at 6. That means that the restaurant should be ready to serve food at 6. It is now almost 7 and some Spanish lady gave me an attitude when telling me the chicken wasn't ready yet for chicken mcgriddle.
Last I checked whatever shift that individual has, means be on time and ready. The food should be ready. Hire people that are responsible and know how to get to work. McDonald's....the multi-billion company...still can't seem to hire the right candidates..yet they want how much per hour?... Sorry but naaahhh. People that have trouble doing a simplistic job...and yes I've had hard jobs ...mechanic for example...so if.i have to be up and on point for my job I damn well expect a McDonald's employee to be do the damn same.
Actually had to edit this ....this place is horrible when it comes to service...the managers act stupid when an order was placed 10 min prior on the mobile app. The people who work here...none want to walk the food out to curbside, or if they do it takes forever even when it isn't busy!!!!! Read moreI'm all for efficiency, but McDonald's system of making customers pull into a numbered parking spot and wait for their food is taking things a bit too far. It completely defeats the purpose of a "fast-food" drive-thru.
What should be a quick stop turns into a frustrating wait. I've found myself sitting in these designated spots for upwards of 10 minutes, even when there's no line at the window.
You're left wondering if they've forgotten your order, or if they're just prioritizing the cars behind you.
Meanwhile, competitors like Burger King and Wendy's seem to have no trouble getting your food to you at the window. They don't have these reserved parking spots and seem to manage just fine, even during busy periods.
This newer system at McDonald's feels like a step backwards in customer service. It's inconvenient, time-consuming, and takes away from the whole point of a quick drive-thru experience.
I understand the need to manage high volumes of orders, but there must be a more efficient way to do it without inconveniencing customers. Until then, I'll be taking my fast-food...
Read moreI recently was there getting a happy meal for my nephew. I order a 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal and ordered a side of ranch and buffalo’s sauce. I was charged extra .30 for a sauce. While about to pay I asked politely to remove the extra sauce my nephew doesn’t need 2 he’s 5. Anyways the girl KS #13 removed it while at the same time speaking on her ear piece making fun of me because I was asking to removed a .30 cent sauce all in Spanish and thinking i didn’t understand, lol .
