The North Pole Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Sullivan

Went to The North Pole tonight, arrived just before 8:30. There were three small groups in front of me, a single lady (she paid and they forgot her ice cream and she had to ask about it after the two people behind her received theirs), two people and then a group of five. Waited 25 minutes until it was my turn to order… once we ordered and received our ice cream the disappointment continued. My husband’s flurrie, the cup was half full and the middle was hallow, I ordered a small twist in a waffle cone. My waffle cone had both sides broken off so it was considerably smaller and the whole middle was cracked and it wasn’t even filled to the top even though the cone had been broken. I’m wondering if they are breaking waffle cones for the ice cream nachos they are serving. We went at the beginning of the season and service was quicker and ice cream sizes were normal. Super...

I was just there this evening, and I had waited at the counter for nearly 20 minutes with no line before someone took my order. Two girls working the ice cream while another sat in the back CUTTING UP STRABERRIES?!?!?! As I continued to wait a line did begin to form behind me. Ms. Straberry came up several times saw the line, and myself, and did not great me or apologize for the wait. Finally when my order was taken the two girls then proceeded to complain about what I ordered. I then left, I will NEVER return here. This place has severely gone down hill since new ownership....

We stopped after visiting The Wild and Chittenango Falls. The ice cream prices were great and the ice cream sundaes we got were delicious with plenty of toppings which is what I’m always looking for. If I wanted vanilla ice cream I would have ordered just that. The girl working did not skimp on toppings which we greatly appreciated. Be sure to stop if you are ever...
