Wish I could give negative stars. Today's experience will be my last at this Burger King. Ordered $36.45 worth of food at it was completely wrong, cold and inedible. Arrived to this location at 9 pm to find their lobby locked (sign said open until 10 pm but whatever). Ordered milkshake and was told they had their shake machine removed, when I pulled up to get my family's order the young kid (male) at the window was cleaning their "removed" shake machine... so apparently they decided to close it down early and lie, whatever. The same kid then goes and handles our very poorly barely wrapped food with no gloves on, hands freshly soaked in whatever cleaning chemical they use. It didn't seem like he touched the actual food so again I said, whatever. We receive our order in which was supposed to be two 8 piece nuggets. Now, generally I wouldn't complain about extra food but these were cold, undercooked, old nuggets. About 20 of them had been shoved in one small box. All of our sandwiches were cold, looked like the had been sat on and missing ingredients of some kind. So my husband goes up to the window to ask to speak to the manager Kate , this girl has the audacity to tell to her coworker "I gave them 20 F'ing nuggets, I don't have time for this sh*t". Now at this point I loose it. I have worked customer service my whole life, including management and would NEVER allow myself or any of my teammates to treat customers this way! The poor excuse of a manager doesn't apologize at all but did give us a refund because well, I lost my cool, big time. Kate should be out of a job and that entire night crew should be re-trained. Not for nothing my husband ran multiple burger king and McDonald locations when minimum wage was $3 and some odd cents and did it with dignity and heart. Now, same these jobs are paying $14+ and quite frankly the work ethic of this manager and her night crew that work at this location aren't worth any fraction of what they're getting paid. Corporate and their district manager will also be contacted first thing in...
Read moreWent there tonight for the 3 for $7.00 value meal. I asked for the chicken sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, fries ×2 because I ordered for two. Drinks were a rootbeer and a vanilla shake. Order went downhill immediately when I was handed my drink tray and the shake was only 3/4 full. For $3.49, I said no way, and when the window person came back to the window with my food I asked her to please fill my shake. She said they ran out of icecream; no offer to discount it or offer to have me come back another time for a full one. Checked my bag before leaving because I was shorted few weeks ago on my order. All items were there, I drove home and upon unpacking my food got the second screw up. Instead of two bacon cheeseburgers with ketchup mustard, chopped onion, pickles, topped with bacon and cheese I got two DRY hamburgers on a bun with nothing else. Called and asked to speak to a manager who gave her standard "we're transitioning" excuse. I asked for how much longer?? Its not even that they cant read several screens when making orders and filling bags, it's lack of knowledge on how to order supplies to support your business. If it's not missing items, it's missing ingredients or 15 minute wait lines while you 'please pull ahead' and wait when you already waited to place your order. I laugh at the transition comment. Wish I could have tried that on my boss if I was getting chewed out for not filling my work quota for the day-"hey, back off, I'm transitioning!" If you're going to open your doors to serve the community, you're making a commitment to make what you do to the specifications you say you're serving and in a timely manner. If this situation continues, you're just letting the community down that just wants to support your business. Do...
Read moreWell let me start off here, I worked there for a couple of months in 2022 driving all the way from Utica NY. When I went in at 7:30pm today (8/31/24) expecting to be able to use the restroom, I was unable. The store hours are until 11pm. I was working until midnight some nights not being able to get out because the amount of cleaning. But there is absolutely no reason to have the store shutting down early and still having bad reviews. I knew some of the girls that worked there as well and I know both customers and employees can get out of hand sometimes. But never ever can I remember shutting the store down before 9pm. This is a poor establishment since I’ve worked there, how are kids after games going to even get food if y’all shut down that early?? Not that I would eat there anyway, look at the tables y'all are eating off of promise you look hard enough you’ll find syrup from 2 days, if not a week prior. Good luck to anyone that eats there. I just simply wanted to use...
