They mess it up more often than not The delivery, when paid for prior, might not make it to your house, so beware of paying until you get it and look at it. The joint is barely even open and open late/ close early at 9 pm - on a Friday night. The owner will beg or fight and argue with the customer and call you if you leave a bad review and beg you to change your review but never make it right or give a refund. If you can't even deliver a paid for pizza when the customer is waiting, you should stay home or look for another job. They don't take the name or phone number upon ordering, so Start there when taking a delivery order.
Not my first rodeo with this franchise owner. He is Not consumer friendly and always ruins your night or party if you trust yourvpizzas to be delivered. They thought I was another customer with a late delivery they were dealing with named andrew and had to correct them so I wasn't the only victim. The owner just won't correct it, by sending a fresh hot well made pizza when they mess up but wants to keep that money And won't refund you even when he has the pizza there undelivered as the delivery boy must have went to the wrong house or $ and brought it back to the store. So upon delivery it was overcooked and dry, not the extra cheesy fresh 35 dollar plus delivery pizza that was expected now just Leftovers - dry dark hard garbage. The delivery boy did not bring the credit card receipt on this delivery so I couldn't even see what they were charging me, so I immediately Checked with my bank and it was 4$ over the price guoted to me by the order taker on the phone. So now its In the dumpster and by the way if you order pepperoni, they should ask if you want cup and char - in most places, it means thinly sliced pepperoni, not blackened little dry cups of grease Obviously, it was a very bad experience, and I am irate and feel ripped off again . I should have learned my lesson 3 years ago when I made the same mistake to have a delivery order from...
Read moreJust ordered wings tonight from Perri’s in Brockport. Normally they are very very good. However, highly disappointed tonight. Ordered garlic parmesan wings and an order of mild wings. I ordered both well done aka extra crispy. Right when I was given my order of wings from the staff member working at Perri’s I knew the wings would be soggy. The wings are in plastic containers with no vent holes. The condensation of hot wings and steam ruined the crispiness and they were soggy. What happened to the cardboard boxes Perri’s use to put the wings in ? Cardboard soaks up the moisture. Why the change ?
Then the garlic parmesan wings had hardly any parmesan and were loaded with pepper. Pepper ? You don’t put pepper on garlic parmesan ! I don’t like giving bad reviews on food, especially since the business is local and I live in Brockport, but $36.00 for the quality of wings I bought was not good.
Please bring back the cardboard boxes and use the correct ingredients for the garlic parmesan wings. They are garlic parmesan wings. Not garlic...
Read moreWe miss Sal!! A lot different since he sold it. I have not met the new owner and I'm not trying to bash anybody. I know Mike Perri from school days and ate at the first pizza joint he started. Instant hit for our family. Have eaten at the surrounding Perri's and have always been happy. Now I've tried with the Brockport location the last year or so since Sal sold it. Pricing obviously is different, quality doesn't seem to be there like it once was. Slices used to be pretty much the same size across the grid. Now the size of a slice is literally different every time ordered. Same items I got all the time are different now. Customer service is still on point however. It's just not the same. It's sad, Perri's was my go to in Brockport but I don't want to spend my money at that location any more. We got food from there a couple times a month. Now when I want Perri's, I get it from Spencport location, the manager Craig is Awesome and everything is Always on point. I believe it's one of the last ones that...
