My family went for ice cream on 5/24 at about 8:30 and it was an awful experience. The two ladies working were incredibly unprofessional and uneducated on how to make the desserts. One of the ladies was incredibly rude when she only gave me one ice cream instead of two like I had ordered and repeated to her twice. Then, they forgot the two cones on the side and even though I had mentioned it twice when ordering. She got an attitude and told me to watch my tone, I was being very calm even with this frustrating situation. The peanut butter parfait was basically just peanuts and fudge overfilled and the blizzards sat so long while they made the rest that it was half melted. Extremely disappointing downfall of this location, and I will drive to the one further away just to avoid...

When we arrived this evening the cashier verified that the location and discount were correct before we redeemed the discount to the phone via the app. A very detailed coupon popped up however when the cashier asked the supervisor for details the supervisor said they only accept printed coupons. So DQ on Elmwood in Kenmore either train your staff better, don't participate in an advertising program you either don't understand or don't plan to follow or lose customers because I will be happy to let everyone I speak to know about king condrells...
