Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

If you want good pizza. DONT GO HERE !!!! My family and I decided on Dominos, Its been a while so sure. Now I remember why we stopped going here. We placed an online order for pick up. We left when the order was in the oven. When we arrived at the store not only was my order not in the oven, IT WAS NOT EVEN BEING MADE! I tried to talk to the staff of 4 workers. All they did was walk around and Ignored us at the front counter. For 20mins. After i decided to ask again for some assistance the man working the pizza cutting station looked and them completely ignored me once again. He then turned around said something and continued to do what he was doing. Not telling me how long on my pizzas. I did get a bit more angry and my husband was ready to leave. This is when they finally realized we were at the door. Then the women making the pizza (mind you with NO gloves on. Making food !!!) came over and she tried to apologize. We had a timer on our phone 33 mins from the time we left the house to pick up our pizza. 33mins to wait for our 15min or less order. The pizza mind you it was good. Hot. But, the end kicker was out of the whole ordeal I asked for a sauce cup. Instead of saying sorry for the long wait here you go. He said 1.08...

Pulled up to the drive thru window and girl was cutting pizzas with the mask under her chin and not covering her mouth. She looked over at me in the drive thru then ignored me. I waited patiently for several minutes debating whether I would even accept the pizzas before finally getting tired of being ignored and drove off leaving my order behind

This is the second time in a row that I had problems at this location with terrible service. I probably won't ever return. I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I might call the health department too.

Got a pizza from Little Ceasar's instead.

I think this place is under new management because there are all new people there and everything has really gone down hill. This used to be my favorite spot for a quick pizza pickup. They always had friendly staff and quick service. Those days are gone. Never going to this Domino's...

I have ordered here many times. Ever since opening they have done a great job. However today I ordered a sub to try, a drink, and salad. They insist when ordering that it will be a contactless delivery which it should be. I have ordered from many online places that have left the food at the rear door and called, perfect.The driver arrived, called and I had to come out to the street! Then he gave me my food, sub, salad, drink and dressing with no bag. When I opened the sub it was only the bottom half? I then tried to call but only received an automated message which then hung up. I had to drive there (after delivery) because the phone message kept hanging up. The manager seemed lost and the delivery driver seemed like he did...
