I’ve been going to this location for years since it opened. My niece and the next door neighbor young woman both worked at this location in high school and a cpl years in college. I’ve loved all the people they’ve worked with over the years. Now, however, there is a floating manager named Lisa who is pretty much one of the, if not the, worst and rudest employees of any position I’ve ever seen at this store. She’s catty and extremely unprofessional. While I was in line at the store, and then waiting for my order to get completed, Lisa decided she would act like a teenager herself. She started commenting quietly by the drive thru window, and then louder as she walked by the front register inside the store and she started commenting and making rude and immature comments about those of us in line. She was laughing with her much younger coworkers who were all very kind and professional compared to Lisa. I’ve met so many employees at this store over the years and have liked pretty much all of them. But Lisa is just plain rude and much more obnoxious than any of the workers there half her age. Lisa has a terrible attitude and is unpleasant to deal with. And unfortunately while there is no manager of this store we have to deal with Lisa if we want Tim Horton’s for the drive to work, or for our weekend visits. It’s to the point now where I almost turn around and drive to another location when I see she’s working. But that adds time to my schedule that I don’t sometimes have. Please Dave and Allana Beaton, could you please send another floating manager to this store, or could you hire a new manager asap so we never have to deal with Lisa again? Read moreI was told not to come to this location again if I did not like the service by the Asst Mgr i believe and the young man cashing me out. Kay and Steven if that was their correct names. I live around the corner and this is the most convenient location for me and have gone to this location since it opened. I ordered this AM and was told my total was 2 cents more than usual, asked if prices had gone up - was told not it is $2.14 / $2.16 whatever! by Kay - the manager - or asst. manager. When I got to the window - I repeated that I thought the prices had gone up - I was asked "why do you have to be that way" - I said - to tell you the truth I always ask because this store constantly messes up the simplest orders of coffee for me. Example - I am diabetic - ask for splenda - ask if I got splenda and more that once got sugar. So I guess I will heed their warning and go elsewhere - there's a dunkin donuts down the street - let's see if they appreciate...

I repeated and she replied with a major attitude and had unprofessional facial expressions then stormed off. Could not believe her behavior. A male approached with an item missing I told him about her attitude and behavior he told me there was nothing he could do. She came back threw the rest of my order at me with even more attitude. Being that I worked in the same industry as they are now for several years I would have been fired or seriously repremanded for such lack of professionalism.
