The staff was very helpful and polite. I got a chinese style burger with pork. I don't care for pork, but I know that is more authentic than beef, and I really wanted to try one. The flavor was amazing. I really enjoyed it quite a lot, and will likely get those again!

Updating review! Went and bought a few more entrees for everyone at home. Garlic chicken, chicken lo mein, and egg fried rice with veggies. The latter two had to have veggies added, but, hey, we like veggies.

Everyone tried a bit of everything, and we were all thrilled. It might not look amazing jammed in a to-go container, but that's because they really fill those things up a lot! There was a lot of food, out of all of that!

We loved it, and while we are trying to cut back on any/all forms of take out, we mutually agreed that, if we want chinese, we are very happy to go here.

My one issue, and it is a VERY minor one? The garlic chicken only came with like a cup of rice on the side, which wasn't quite enough for all that food... But ordering a little extra rice isn't expensive, and it's only an issue because they give you so much food! I am thrilled they are near by. My previous 4 stars I'm...

I went in to pick up their well-known chicken potato dish for takeout. The food itself was fine, but I was in a bit of a rush and unfortunately didn’t leave a tip. Later that month, when I was reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed that I had been charged more than the actual bill. It became clear that someone at the restaurant had taken it upon themselves to add a tip or increase the total without my consent.

This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Tampering with a customer’s payment is not only unethical, it’s potentially illegal. I did not authorize any additional charge, and there is no excuse for altering the bill after the fact. Trust is a big part of customer service, and unfortunately, that trust has been broken.

I won’t be returning, and I strongly encourage others to double-check their receipts and monitor their credit card statements carefully if they choose to dine or order from here. It’s a shame because the food had potential, but dishonest practices like this are simply not something I’m willing to...

I come here weekly. Easily the best and most authentic Chinese available in the area, and definitely the only place I've found for northern Chinese dishes. Not only is the food amazing, but it's always lively and comfortable, with lots of customers enjoying their meals and chatting. The woman who serves and runs the counter is SO nice and helpful, always good service here. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is seated comfortably and has enough room. She has always insisted that I get a whole table, even when they are very busy and I'm eating by myself, rather than stick me at the counter to eat. I have never felt rushed to finish my meal. The prices are also extremely reasonable.

Everything is so great but highly recommend the 大盘鸡 （spicy stewed chicken with potatoes) , 鹏子干拌面 dry noodle with minced pork , and the pork Chinese burger. The soups are very good. Water is provided cold or hot as well as tea bags. Other drinks are also available for extra charge.
