I’m pretty patient, but I went to the Tim Hilton’s on Sheridan in Tonawanda and waited at an empty counter for 10 minutes in the middle of the day. I could hear workers in the back having a conversation. Another couple minutes goes by and the drive-thru guy walks to the front, looks over at me, then walks back and starts fiddling with a machine a few feet away. Doesn’t acknowledge me. Then he casually goes to the drive-thru window and waits for the next car, when there wasn’t even a car there yet. I wait a few more minutes completely baffled, and irked, of course. Spent about a total of 10-12 minutes standing at an empty counter before leaving empty handed. Do these folks really make $15 an hour? Incredible. Never again. And WOW, I just noticed all the negative reviews on here. Seems this experience isn’t unique to me, unfortunately. (Management: No need to reply with a cut-and-paste response like on the other posts. If there was concern, these experiences wouldn’t still be happening. I actually went out of my way to go to TH that day only to be ignored and annoyed. Also, the glowing reviews that follow the negative ones seem suspect and...
Read moreA VERY disappointing visit to this location of Tim Hortons this afternoon. Went through the drive thru - a simple order one drink - a medium Ice Cap Caramel Supreme. Got to the window handed the order told the employee this has no whipped cream nor any caramel...She got another employee told her something we couldn't hear. This employee asks us what was wrong...told the second employee the same thing - this was a plain ice cap we ordered an ice cap supreme with caramel. She looked at us funny - we had to tell her there this wasn't what we got - there was no whipped cream and no caramel on this drink...Don't the employees know what goes into the various drinks here? A supreme has whipped cream an ice cap supreme with caramel has caramel? Is this too hard to understand? To top off all this nonsense, there were 4 employees visible to us from the drive thru window standing around talking and giggling. People are working here for $15 an hour. They should be better trained on doing their job efficiently and making the orders correctly. When the drink came back the original employee apologized hence the 2...
Read moreI just ordered a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich with NO egg because my friend is allergic. I wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins (whatever it happens) just to get the sandwich and it had egg on it. I hand it back and say can I please get one with no egg my friend is allergic. She was very kind and said no problem at all but made me aware I was charged for a full egg sausage and cheese sandwich which was more expensive and they couldnt do a refund (im assuming bc it wouldve taken forever and people were already waiting long enough). I said dont worry about it, not a big deal. I get the sandwich, get to work and open the bag. They literally just took the egg off and handed me back the sandwich. There were still egg chunks on it… you could tell what they did clear as day. So now shes out her breakfast and the money it costed for the sandwich. If she wouldve taken a bite without looking she couldve had a severe allergic reaction. Please be more mindful than this in...
