I ordered 3 subs from this location. Each sub that i received was made wrong. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times and no one answered the phone. When i finally got thru to them to tell them what was wrong, they were very rude. Whomever was on the phone would not do anything to make this correct. Wanted the sandwiches brought back in order for them to remake. Told him that they were already eaten. He said that the owner would not do anything about them being made wrong. The person i was speaking to even suggested that i was lying to get free food. Very poor way to treat a customer. What ever happened to " the customer is always right?" and treating them properly. I will not return to this restaurant except to try and speak to the owner, but that probably won't happen as i was told that this is his policy and wont do anything to replace the food. I spent $30 on food that was not made correctly, but i guess that was my error for trying to place an order online for convenience and not watch them make my food. Don't order online from this restaurant unless you want your food made wrong and them have them tell you they...
Read moreThey're incredibly skimpy with the "fresh ingredients (they're usually brown or have the ends/stems on them)". Well, skimpy with all the toppings honestly but, how's this a sandwich shop which claims to promote fresh vegetables when they ration out the items that are healthier for you than their bread?? For the exorbitant amount of their sandwiches, they should be generous with their toppings, especially when a customer asks if they can add more. How your order comes out, honestly depends on who's there (at this particular location). Also, the young guy who works in the afternoon tends to have boogers crusted and hanging out of his nose. As if that's not enough to turn your appetite, I've dreaded something falling loose and landing in my sandwich as he's making it. The older lady with the glasses...
Read moreSubway, Subway, Subway...We all know this chain. As I was at the Salvation Army across the street from it, I decided that while I awaited my transportation, I'd grab a bite for my sister and I. The two gentlemen that work there are nice and friendly. The food got 3 stars because I noticed some slightly wilted lettuce & spinach. But otherwise, it wasn't bad. My sister Denise loved her ham and cheese sandwich, and I barely ate my tuna sandwich - my stomach wasn't feeling it's best. I did survey the atmosphere the minute I walked in. It's pleasant and busy. Customers appeared to be happy with their orders, were friendly, and the guys are pretty quick. It's a good spot to grab a quick bite. I wish they sold coffee, though, lol!...
