Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Union

The Baldwin Street Domino's used to be outstanding in not only quantity but good customer service...until this year. The manager Steve is extremely rude over phone, especially today 6/30/21 when I ordered a pasta take out and when opened, it was only half full..a far cry from the old days. I called Steve and he stated that's the way it is and has been for a long time. He's wrong and then some.

Then there's the drivers that speed up and down Baldwin Street at rates much higher than the posted 30mph. We've contacted higher ups regarding the constant speeding, as we have numerous children on our Street that could very easily be hit by vehicle and we've been recording those delivery people to turn videos over to authorities Once again, Steve was contacted one evening and didn't seem to really care and was rather rude as well.

What was once a great Domino's has become a cesspool of mistakes, arrogant mngt, and lack of concern for community. You can do as you please regarding this poorly managed site, but we will never call upon them again, as won't several neighbors and friends. You're better off using another Domino's than this one...

Update: 10/22/21 - another call to Baldwin Street location regarding girl in grey car speeding down our road, this time she decided to flip us off on porch as she sped by, 15 minutes after call was made. We have grandchildren and kids under 6 years old playing down here, and she's acting like it's a race track. Rude. Irresponsible. Childish. Unacceptable.

If i could rate zeros stars i would. I am extremelt disappointment. My boyfriend was out on a service call for work and on his way home picked up my online order for dinner. A hawaiin pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The chicken bacon ranxh pizza tasted absolutely terrible. And the hawaiin pizza i ordered.. i dont understand how it could have been messed up this terribly. It was put on thin, burnt crust and had pepperoni and bannana peppers on it.. what the heck happened? Management only offered a replacement, i live over an hour away. I want a full refund for my purchase.. terrible service, terrible food. After speaking with management a second time and requesting a refund, i was told I was rude and they are busy and mistakes happen. The orders were messed up terribly, and they did not appear busy whatsoever upon entering the establishment. The so-called manager told me that he refused to do anything to settle the mistake because i was "rude". I was upset because i live over an hour away and only after arriving home was it known that the order was completely wrong. I am extremely dissapointed. A waste of time and money, and now i have to buy dinner TWICE tonight. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, and I will be contacting corporate. When asking for the mans name who I spoke to, he said i was harrasing him and threatened to...

Their mediterranean Sandwich is the best and I always order it... but today, for some reason, it was horrible! Almost nothing in it... had plenty of tomatoes and a few banana peppers and i think i found a piece or two of feta (which my main reason for ever ordering it in the first place.... but that was it). On a plus note, I ordered a white garlic sauce, grilled chicken and feta pizza. I took a bite, just to make sure it was good... delsh! The chick who delivered was very, very nice and delivery was very fast! And this Domino's Pizza has the BEST customer service... I just got a call from the shop, because I'd left my review on their website as well, and he offered me a free sandwich the next time I order. I've lived a lot of places, and therefore have eaten a lot of Domino's... never has 1 had employees who actually care about their customers, which is why I never called to complain, because no store has ever cared to keep their customers happy. This one does! Awesome...
