Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Union

Normally my go to Dunkin. But today I was super disappointed. I went there with someone, and they were talking to me about the menu. Their mask had slipped under their nose while talking (mask is probably too small). The second that happened a male employee came running over and yelled about it and then had mumbled something. Didn't really hear it because I was trying to get the whole mask thing situated. Not a big deal. After that we decided on what we wanted and stepped up to the counter. The lady behind the counter said she could take our order at the pickup spot. (She was super nice). The same male employee yelled and said I already told them that with a bunch of attitude. Kind of uncalled for. As we head over to the pick up window same male employee was standing their with no mask on. Completely pulled down. Second male employee also had his mask pulled down. How ironic. Then said male employee took a phone call. He clearly was not a manager and when people called about applying for a job he told them they were not hiring which wasn't true according to the other employees. Male employee responded with, well I don't want anyone taking my hours.

While admittedly it was later in the evening, we were looking forward to a good iced coffee to enjoy on the rest of our trip home. The restaurant was empty except for 4 presumable employees all sitting at a table talking. Was greeted immediately by one of them. He was very pleasant. Ordered a medium iced French vanilla coffee and a medium iced cinnamon vanilla coffee, both with cream and sugar, plus 2 donuts. Just as he started to prepare my cups, he was distracted by someone, apparently another employee coming in saying someone had disappeared. My server left me and went to look for this person. Another employee came from somewhere and asked if she could help me. I told her what I was getting. She didn’t even know that they had cinnamon vanilla coffee of any kind! lol So then apparently she started trying to figure out how to make my coffees, the original guy came back, waited on a drive thru, while working once again on my coffees. They finally figured out both of them were doing the same thing. Got my drinks, and that’s all I will call them because they were some of the WORST tasting drinks I’ve ever had from a Dunkin in my life. But at least the employees were friendly. don’t bother going here if you order any dairy or dairy alternatives like almond milk and don’t want to be severely ill . this location has made my almond milk lattes with way expired almond milk for too long . it’s been a year of ordering from here every few months and every single time i order from this location i get severely ill . 8$ to get severely ill , isn’t that a steal 🙄 . it’s baffling that all the workers there can be this ignorant to food saftey while working directly with food . i used to work here and shift lead here as well so i know very well that not poisoning people is a pretty easy thing to do . while i was on my way out of working at this location the last thing sent in the work group chat was a picture dozens of gallons of milk and milk alternatives and the person sending it saying all of them were extremely past due and had to be tossed and that customers were getting ill and they STILL haven’t gotten it together . this was back in 2021 . get it together , it’s been 3 years and you still can’t properly stock product . you pull the old stuff to the front and put the new stuff in the back . stop poisoning people . i’ve done the job . it’s real easy to...
