I had a wonderful experience at Food & Fire yesterday after a very tiring round of golf … it started with a warm and sincere welcome from Brianna … she is the perfect hostess and knows how to provide a welcome that works … then Brittany came over to take my order … I did not know the beers that they offered and so she set me up with a tasting … dark brews only for me … I settled with the Left Hand - Milk Stout Nitro from Longmont, CO … it was a delicious dark brew … I definitely recommend it … now for the burger I had … Blue Smoke Burger (Melted Blue Cheese, Smoked Provolone & Bacon) I asked the chef to sauté the onions and that added such a beautiful touch along with the tomato … this burger was so tasty if I had a bigger appetite I would have ordered a second one … the fries were crispy and very well prepared … I highly recommend this burger if you are a Blue Cheese lover … I asked to see the manager (MOD) so that I could congratulate them on the stellar experience I had … Lindsay came over and introduced herself … we chatted for about 10 minutes and not once did I feel like I was keeping her from something else … again … remarkable Customer Centric perspective … she introduced me to Charles, the GM who was very personable too … I will be coming back to Food & Fire as their ability to provide excellence is service & food is remarkable … LIVE LOVE LAUGH ALWAYS … 💜😎💜

Service- Our serve provided good service. He did not come to the table too many time but just enough to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Cornbread- I think this was the highlight of our night. If I were to come back, which isn’t likely, I would solely come back for the bread. Appetizers- Fried pickles $7.95: They were average pickles, disappointed to say that the dish was stuffed with lettuce, giving the illusion it was full to the top with pickles. For $8, this is was not worth it. You get about 10 pickles if not less, that’s about 80 cents a pickle. You can get better/ more pickles at a different location. Overall 4.5/10 Jumbo buffalo wings full $13.95- The wings were perfectly cooked, however the seasonings were not right. They are your average wings, nothing to die for. The sauce that came with the wings did not taste so good. Overall 5/10 BBQ Sandwich $12.95 This was highly disappointing, not much BBQ sauce in the sandwich. Again, the seasonings were missing here. No flavor, over buttered bread, missing sauce. The pickles on the side were god awful. The fries however were pretty decent, they also offered a big portion. You could make a better sandwich at home. Overall 4/10 Overpriced/ under-seasoned/ inconsistent portions. Hoping they change things up because the way they cook their food is on point, they are missing with the flavors.

The atmosphere is a great concept , inside is warming , had the bills on tv which was a plus . The waiter was non attentive he greeted us without eye contact . His name was Christian , the entire time he looked at the tablet . We ordered fried pickles , a blue moon and split bbq platter. We sat down at 7:02 ordered at 7:08. Fried pickles came out at 7:15received our entree at 7:42….. over twenty minutes for one entire is outlandish and on top of it it was room temperature.. FOR ONE ENTREE . … Our food was brought by another young lady which is normal a runner maybe HOWEVER;We didn’t see sir until we were done .” He said “Would yall like some dessert” …. No we want the check at this point … We didn’t get a refill , another blue moon and sat with two empty drinks at the table . Let’s talk food… The baked beans had kidney beans in them … please please never make baked beans with kidney beans if I wanted kidney beans I would order chilli … I think the Mac and cheese came from a retirement home . Mac and cheese that’s mushed upon arrival and has no seasoning is despicable and disappointing .I will say the brisket and bbq had no flavor but with the sauces it were solid..⭐️

I was excited about trying this place based on pictures, menu & reviews, but it fell short after 2 separate visits. The smoked wings were tasty & falling off the bone. The bbq hot sauce was HOT! and made the wings perfect. Jalapeño smoke bombs were drenched in sweet bbq sauce and full of cream cheese laying on wilted greens but had a small thin piece of bacon holding them together. The brisket was tender but lacking flavor. The dry rub on the ribs could have used more flavor and when I tried pulling them apart, they were a little on the tough side. The loaded mashed potatoes were COLD but had good flavor and the mac n cheese was nothing special. There were lots of beers on draft, the food came out quick and service was friendly. The bbq hot sauce was just what i was looking for in a spicy bbq sauce and was glad they sold it to the public. Its sold by the pint and 1/2 pint but i expected it in a jar or a bottle. It was brought out in Tupperware and i wasn't going to be able to travel with that.

Nice environment in the restaurant, since there isn't anything similar in the area. The overall feel of the restaurant was nice, but our seating area was really dimly lit compared to other parts. The cornbread as an appetizer was great, our waittress was really nice about bringing out as much as we wanted. I ordered the brisket with fries and mac n cheese. While the brisket was really tender (literally could pull it apart), it didn't really have much going for it in terms of flavor. You will have to use the sauces to add some taste to it, but none of the sauces really stood out to me. They did make sure to give a lot of brisket though. The fries were good and the mac n cheese was decent. I tried my friend's pulled pork, and that was a lot better in terms of taste. The portion for that seemed a lot less though. Again, service was very nice and I'd definitely come back to try the other options.

Great experience here. I made this a pitstop on m ride up from NYC to Syracuse. It was not too far from Interstate 81. I arrived at about 4 pm on a weekday and the place was practically empty. There is a large lot there share with some oter stores including a Dollar Tree and Aldi. The restaurant also has some outdoor seating. Inside, the space is very big, surprisingly bigger than it seems from the outside. There are some indoor tables to the left when you walk in and bar straight ahead and to the right. They have a huge beer selection there with lots of draft. They had a variety of food items, but I only had the wings which were really great. All staff members were friendly and patient. The bartender was also great, even recommending beer/drinks upon request. I would love to return to try out some more beer and some of their food selections.
