Panera Bread — Restaurant in Town of Union

I have a sip club membership and am in Panera almost daily for my morning iced coffee. I have tested this over and over again and can now say with complete confidence that there is a significant difference in the quality of the iced coffee between the Vestal and Johnson City locations. The iced coffee at the Johnson City location is the weakest I’ve ever had, consistently, while the iced coffee at the vestal location is regularly strong and meets my expectations. I don’t understand how two locations of the same business can make iced coffee so differently. How can the iced coffee at the Johnson City location be so consistently weak? Someone must be doing something wrong. It has gotten to the point where, despite the Johnson City location being closer to my home, I still drive to the Vestal location because I know the coffee is going to be awful in JC and it will be a wasted drive.

Also, I’ve seen others comment on this but the level of service also leaves much to be desired.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich online with the rest of my family's order.The spicy chicken was removed from menu but not online ordering. No attempt to make any correction to the order before the rest of order was completed. Manager said she has no control of what is ordered until it comes to her in the window.. so no one in the kitchen told her they had it on an order. They didn't seem to understand why I was upset because I was waiting in the store for the order but nothing was said until everything else was in the window ready to go and I would have to wait for an alternative to be made or take a refund. Refunded me in cash, didn't ask if I wanted back on card or in cash. Just trying to get me...

Worse service ever. We walk in and hear the crew cursing and talking about fighting. Not once were we greeted. An employee was having a whole side bar conversation with a gentleman who was not ordering. Was giving away free pastries. We ended up ordering on the kiosk. Order 1 sandwich with a side of chips and a bacon Mac and cheese. Took over 15 minutes to receive our food with 1 other customer in the store. The bread for the sandwich was stale tasting. And instead of getting a side of chips that we ordered we got another piece of bread. Who wants bread as a side when you have bread for your sandwich. We can clearly tell this location hired anybody to get...
