Oakdale Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Union

I will never go here again. We walked in at 7:25pm. The lady working there mumbled “go home” when we walked in. There were no other customers in the store so we know she was referring to us. The prices are very expensive. I could have gotten an entire pizza somewhere else for what we paid for 4 slices & drinks. As soon as we sat down she said “we close in 10 minutes”. I looked on google and it said they close at 8pm. We had 30 minutes to eat our 2 slices. She glared at us the entire time we were in there and it made for a very uncomfortable experience. We went to leave at 7:48 pm and the gate was pulled down and we couldn’t leave, so we had to turn around and go out the other door. I think it’s wrong to lock your doors while customers were still in the store during regular business hours, this may even be a fire department violation to close off exits. As i walked out i told my friend “ they were very rude and i’ll never come back again & that the lady was being a B. As were walking to our car, the lady follows us out into the parking lot to confront us trying to harass and intimidate us. I told her to go back inside or else i was calling the police for harassment. I’m sorry but there was no reason to be rude to us and act like we were an inconvenience because why, we came in 35 minutes before you close for 2 slices & a drink? I’m sorry we were an inconvenience. I don’t tolerate people being nasty and rude to me and i called them out for it. There was absolutely no reason to treat us that way. We didn’t do anything to deserve such poor treatment. I will never go here...

We live in an area of the country known for its pizza. With good competition such as Grande's, Paul and Sons, and NY Pizzeria for NY Round Style Pizza, you would assume Oakdale would rise to the challenge.

Unfortunately, you would assume wrong as not only does the price not reflect quality, it doesn't reflect anything besides a ripoff. The pizza is like eating a cardboard box topped with grease and subpar toppings. I used 4 napkins to remove grease from one of my slices and it still was soupy and wet.

The fact this place has the nerve to charge over $10 for slices in general let alone this disgrace of what they call pizza is a disappointment and a disgrace.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for pizza. Even if you go to a chain pizza place, your experience will be better than this....

Where do I begin, original table I wanted to sit at had a broken seat that was labeled broken seat. Two slices of garlic broccoli I ordered so incredibly toasty from them reheating it was hardly palatable no flavor even though I added garlic to my garlic pizza still it didn't improve the taste. When I went to use the restroom the sink was flooded it was not cleaned l at all. When asked how my food was and I told them it was not that good for you huh. Hardly the response I was looking for from what look to be an owner. Gas station Pizza down the road is much better than this. And cost less to. Two slices of broccoli, and a bottle of water was $15.59 here . If my wife had more time for her lunch I definitely would not have continued my meal here. Nor will I...
