They were using food products on the floor to prop open the doors. It was because their AC was out but still, don't use food. The ice tray was open and the scoop was inside. The sanitizer bucket was on the top counter where they pass out the food. More than half the lights were off in The kitchen which they might not realize but is a food safety issue if you're working in a poorly lit area. A guy with a red hair covering never once changed his gloves while I was there and in that time he touched his keys a speaker a couple of cases of soda and then he refilled the sugar. The sodas he tricked someone who looked like they were there for an interview to load his exterior drink cooler for him. While there was literally seven other employees behind the counter. When I got there a woman was complaining that she got the wrong thing and after she told the fourth person a manger came over and finally got the employees to make her sandwich. Then I'm pretty sure she got my bag because she left then an employee came out with a bag looked around then went into the back without saying anything. Then four more people ordered and received their food. When I asked about my order they all looked around and then lied and said it was almost done. They were clearly remaking it.(You can see the kitchen where they make the food)....
Read moreI'm 62 years old, and this is my first review of any establishment. But,after my experience this morning, I had to write one. Pulled into the drive through line at approximately 8am. Two vehicles in front of me,both of which I could hear their order, nothing difficult, possibly except for the woman in front of me, who had audacity of ordering Donuts! Two of which she was told they were out off...really? Of these orders, I never heard one polite word spoken from the employee on the window. As I'm sitting behind the customer in front of me, who is literally still in front of the ordering station, I repeatedly heard numerous times " Can I take your order?" When it finally came to be my turn to order, I ordered a very simple cup off hot coffee. 14 minutes later...yes 14 minutes! The person at the window could not even be bothered to directly look at me, because she was to busy chit chatting with her co-worker! I just shook my head and drove off, without the coffee. For approximately 15 years, I owned a nearby business, and would spend somewhere around 20$ a day at this establishment. I've since retired, and rarely go there. Today was the last time! I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes driving to the Vestal Rano Blvd. Location, where the staff is courteous,...
Read moreI used to be a regular customer at this location years ago, when I was working just up the road. So, being in the area, I decided to stop by last week and this week.
The decline in this store is shocking to say the least. Very slow service (this time it could at least be chalked up to a rush, last time no), orders getting misplaced, made twice, or not at all, etc.
What really got to me though was the way one employee in particular treated a group of customers on my first visit. I'd guess they were freshmen or sophomores at the local high school, and honestly, they were being super chill and easy going. They ordered, got their orders, stepped outside, moved away from the door when asked, and were just hanging out.
This employee treated them incredibly rudely, talking down to them, and eventually telling them to leave because, "they were causing a disturbance." She then proceeds to tell another customer how all people that age are rude, and was talking trash about them for a solid couple of minutes.
But hey, at least the food is still...
