Read this!! I went to chuck e cheese on Wednesday Where I purchased 2 play for an hour passes for $14.99.One for my wife and one for myself.We went back up after our hour was up and were going to purchase another 2 plays for an hour passes for $14.99.Brittany checked us out the first time.Anyway when we went back up Austin waited on us.He said your cards should play all day.I said what?!He said yeah I play all day for that price each.I said bring Brittney back over here. I said why did you not tell me we could have played all day on what I paid you.OH WE aren't supposed to say anything you have to find that out yourself? Are you kidding me!!how am I supposed to know?Apparently it may be in an e mail,I don't know?I don't check my e mail constantly!I don't know exactly what she meant because I was highly agitated !!Either way it wasn't right at all.not a good business move.She said we can't give that deal to everyone. Ther were 3 other people there at the time and no one behind me in lineI said that is crooked and wrong!Gee I said what do you think I would have said if you offered me $14.99 playunlimited?Of course she knows what I would have said.They just wanted to keep making money off us every hour on the hour.We did in the end purchase the play all day pass.I just payed double.I said to her it is misleading and croockedi! She said yes it is,I said so you are admitting it now.SHE SAID WEL.I I own a business where I know l hundreds of people,and I mean hundreds. IF THEY DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT AND GIVE US OUR FREE PLAYS I WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP AND I KNOW HOW TO GET...

2nd time here. My kids liking the place is most of what matters. Staff were attentive and pleasant, no attitude of any kind - staff are practically kids themselves. I enjoyed that there's some sort of mental barrier using physical space denoting smaller vs bigger kids area.

I paid $41 per kid for 2 hours, unlimited play. They have a little trampoline bouncy house thing, where your child will have to wear nonslip socks. If you don't bring your own, it costs $12 for a pair of Chuck E Cheese nonslip socks. Decent souvenir but that's a tad extensive. I feel like most parents end up coughing up the $12 to not upset their kids.

Food is pricey too but to be expected. I'd rather go to IHOP that's across the street or any other eatery in the area for the price they're charging but these darn kids wear me out so much that I just wanna go straight home afterwards. $20/$21 for a pizza about the size of a medium pizza hut pie or less. There's an all you can drink cup that you just keep refilling, which I think is around $4.

Bathrooms and facilities appeared clean. Plenty of space in the parking lot. I'm happy this is a kids place with no loud music like at Dave and Busters across the river. Overall, I'd visit again if my kids asked.

Awesome kids had a ball and they have alot of workers watching out for the kids n have someone by the door each family gets a number that way noone can kidnap a child so my husband and I were able to have a date night n have some time to our selves plus kids need attention but ur able to go out n smoke n not drag the kids out n just get a breather w ur spouse friend or self so really loved it they did try to clear my table before by pizza was done n the chuckee cheese cards charged you more for games than u actually played n I had two times were I never even played the game n my card said I did they did give me 20 points to reimburse me even though it was like 67 but after talking to staff a CPL times about the points b c I had five cards n kids were out of credits n shouldn't have been they got real rude like it was ur fault n u were trying to rib then n would give u the cold shoulder another good thing is there are machines u can keep track of ur card u chk it whenever n the kids get to play games for tickets that they cash in for prizes n chuckee cheese guy came out n sang danced n threw free tickets to the kids like three times from three to nine pm but overall five stars b c it's safe u can v a kid again n u have a stress free worry day b c ur not worrying every.
