Worst Goodwill I have been to in my life, out here in Vestal Broome county New York. Horrible customer service all around and especially management. They have a billboard telling you what items cost and the categories that specify what an item costs. However, they do not stick to that price, they determine the price. No prices on clothing, so they make up what you will be charged depending on how or what they feel the item is to be categorized. However, 5 different price tags on shoes. I asked the cashier how much the shoes were and if they are all 9.99 as posted, she said yes. Once she hands me the receipt, I noticed I was charged 29.99 for the shoes. I told her that I did not want them for that price and was quoted 9.99. I was then told that since transaction was processed already, they can not do refunds and all sells are final. Why the hell do you give out receipts then. What’s the purpose in it. Management was the worse in speaking to me so rudely with disrespect, and dismissing while turning her back on me. Then rudely stating, there’s a tag on the shoe, can’t you see it. First of all, so disrespectful and secondly, your billboard sign states shoes are 9.99, and I was quoted that and told that what I would be charged. Terrible customer service and then not to refund an item that you clearly were misinformed of. Very disappointing to see such horrible, disgusting, disrespectful, management leading a Goodwill. I have never been to a Goodwill location with this type of service. Shame on you for your behavior and dishonesty, and ripping off your customers on top of that. I am sure I am not the only person who has experienced this type of theft from this Goodwill. I will never again visit this location, and will no longer be giving any of my donations over...

It's quite honestly I'm not ashamed to shop at Goodwill or Salvation Army or Sally's whatever but I must tell you Goodwill is like absolutely ridiculous lately I haven't been in there in a while you know they have nice stuff absolutely but I could buy it some of the things that they're selling for the same price and it'd be brand new and not touched by anybody else but the people that manufactured and packaged the item so I think they need to reevaluate and when I was asking about prices there'd be srveral different prices...a ticket on something and then there'd be one like a decent price and then there'd be one that was way outrageous so I don't know I don't know what's up with that but you know I don't know but I don't hate them I just don't think that they're doing there is very fair people go there usually because we don't have the or have the money to buy brand like right off the rack you know what I mean . Again I'm saying they have nice things but once again I will say if you don't have the money you might as well save the money and go buy brand new because the the prices are just the same nearly it's crazy and there's two different managers or whatever and they both price them differently so they get to pick and choose if they don't like you or something I don't know that's just made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt stupid for asking you know I don't know it's a very nice Goodwill yes they have nice quality stuff but at the same time not everything is that expensive I could buy some of the stuff at the Dollar Tree that they're charging $10 for so and that's the truth the basket I used basket sit and cost you know $10 you know what I mean but whatever...

I would not recommend shopping here. I once donated over $500 worth of products to them when I was moving. Turns out they take free stuff and sell them back to others at regualr price. I went in today just to buy some cups. I didn't have a mask on because I am exemped by my doctor for health reasons. I was told I cannot come in, even after politely explaining that I was not contagious to the kid working there with 2 masks on and a face shield. He got offended immediatley and told me "NOT TO MOVE" and that he was calling the "authorities". I politely said "no thanks, I will go somewhere else" as he tried to prevent me from leaving using physical force. As the whole store giggled at him while I was trying to leave, I squeezed out, ran, got in my car and left. Personally maybe he was just doing his job, but noone can put their hands on me.
