I asked them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel as their practice is to put it on one side and then smush the two sides together...if your driving or headed to work with no utensils you end up having to use your finger to get cream cheese spread around the bagel. There was a guy who made it he was reminded by another employee too do it but he had already not done it so he just handed it over to me. I asked him to fix it and he got angry shouted that it was fine opened up the bagel said see it's on both sides. Closed the bagel back up and put it into the bag and brought it back to me. Bc of his attitude I asked for my money back, he shouted that his manager was "right over there" she came over and asked what the problem is...I told her what happened and she said...well he did show you that it's on both sides of the bagel...I asked her to please just give me my money back. Stood waiting for someone to take my order for 4-5 minutes. The girl working seemed to have looked at me twice. Then, someone walked up to the closed counter, and she took his order. He then walked to the pickup window (where I was still standing) and she took his money. I had a tight window to be able to grab food on my break and so I mentioned that I was annoyed that she did not take my order but was attentive to his. She explained they were “busy”, and that she didn’t see me, then proceeded to tell me “you can go to another Dunkin if you want” I said “okay I just want my bagel I don’t care for the attitude” she then handed my money back to me and said “you can go somewhere else I don’t have to serve you”. Read moreI use the mobile app, and most of the time I order at least 10 minutes ahead of time. Each time I’ve arrived my food has been ready, but my drink has been neglected. I waited about 5 minutes before asking one of the employees if they had my coffee ready that was supposed to come with my food, to which I was ignored, and when I asked again, they replied “it’ll be coming”. Honestly, it probably would’ve been faster to go through the drive through or wait in line. Kind of makes the whole ordering ahead on the app pointless when they’re always forgetting part of your order. I try to be understanding as someone who’s worked in customer service for years, especially during a pandemic, but this is a bit upsetting.
