McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

Started off with waiting to be waited on about 4 min. The young gentleman was very nice and had a big smile. Made up for the wait. Took 14 minutes for a happy meal, small fry, and ch.burger. Burger was just luke warm cheese cold. Frys cold and hard. 4.table dirty, no napkins in meal bag, nor at dispenser. Had to ask for them, so I could at least clean the table off. Young man was very pleasant gave me several. 5.after eating I ordered 2 ice cream cones. Took 13 min. To get them. While waiting for them there was a large puddle of water growing in front of pickup counter. I moved a wet floor cone over the spot people were stepping in it and spreading it around...afraid someone would slip in it. Two workers walked passed it, saw it and ignored it. One got a drink and left. Guess she was off the clock. When I finally brought it to the attention of another girl behind the counter, I got a very short curt reply of ok. Hmm, sorry to bother you. It took another 10 minutes or so to address the pond. Took grandson to restroom. It was filthy with another pond near the door. Told him don't touch anything, let him pee, used my foot to flush. Yuck. Didn't even let him use the sink...have sanitizer in car. Both garbage cans full one overflowing. Didn't want to touch garbage to cram. Left it on top. Sorry. When I left there were still several small wet spots (hazardous)from customers spreading the pond around and there was still an empty napkin dispenser. The manager must have been absent today. They could have used more...

I have recently been here twice with my Grandson...the last visit being yesterday. I order the $5 fan meal through the kiosk. He gets the chicken nuggets, small fries and the small drink. I get the double cheeseburger and order a large soda. You are supposed to pick one of the table numbers and they will deliver your food to your table. Receipt said the order was in at 2:12pm. As of 2:22pm still nothing. So I go up to the counter and it's almost like all the employees are avoiding me and trying to hide. Finally question the cashier and she checks only to come back saying "they are making it....all the other orders have to be filled." Obviously she is referring to the drive thy orders. Fries, and chicken nuggets should be readily available at all times...so seriously over 10 minutes to slap together a double cheesesburger? Finally get our food and sit down to enjoy cold fries. I had to ask for the drink cups as well. This has to be the slowest McDonald's around and next time I will order through the drive thru...park and then go inside to eat. Obviously they are the only orders...

I hate to be rude but these are some of the most incompetent people I have encountered at a fast food restaurant. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order it’s like they cannot understand what I am saying. In the simplest of orders. My FIRST time here I asked for extra pickles for my burger after I had picked up my tray with the food and they were EXTREMELY CONFUSED as to how to make that happen. I finally had to tell them they usually just put them in a small 4 count nugget box…. The second time I ordered an item off the menu “a la carte” as it stated on their menu and the girl very rudely responded that she “DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS!!!” Even my 14 year old said how rude that lady sounded. I also have an issue with their layout of their drive thru parking, you need to paint the curbs red or yellow so people can distinguish where the curb begins and ends. My 3rd time here the people could not understand my order, repeated each part of my order back incorrectly!!! what is the deal??? They take FOREVER in the drive thru. And their playground is DISGUSTING! Where’s a chick fil a when...
