I've tried to go back at least twice since I left the original review, every time the pizza looked so old and disgusting I didn't even bother. If you look through the reviews, this appears to be a VERY common problem here. Original Review: The pizza here is decent, not great, not terrible, kind of a local spin on a fast food pizza like Pizza Hut or Dominos. That being said I do stop in for slices fairly regularly because they are conveniently located to me. I’d recommend you stay vigilant when ordering slices though, I was in recently and ordered a slice of pepperoni, despite there being a fresh pizza in the case with 3 or 4 slices taken out of it already, they gave me one of two ancient, dried up looking, old slices that they had in the case. I’m not sure why others were deemed worthy of the fresh slices while I was deemed only worthy of the decrepit ones, but when I asked if it could be switched out for one of the fresher ones they begrudgingly obliged. This is easily the most expensive pizza place in Broome County, and for $4 a slice i’d expect not to be sold old dried up slices when others have been given fresh slices that are readily available, i’m not sure why’d they even keep those old...
Read moreI’be tried their pizza and to me it tastes like cardboard and very little taste at all really. Today I decided to try something else. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak sub to go. When I got it home and opened it up it was so thin that I had to open it up to see what was actually Inside. It had a single layer of chicken that was so thin I could barely make it out next to the roll. I ordered grilled onions and found about 4 pieces throughout the whole sub, lettuce & tomato. The main thing I tasted was bread. This is an embarrassing representation of a chicken cheesesteak! The main ingredient is chicken and it was barely present. Don’t waste your money going to this place. I will never go there again and I will deter others from eating there as well.
The positives are (because I like to end on a positive note)....there’s plenty of parking and the people inside...
Read moreI thought $13.59 plus tax for a dozen wings was a complete rip off. Only to find they charge that for 10 wings, lmao! The chicken shortage was over with a year ago. That's $1.50 per wing. They were alright, but totally not worth it. The pizza was decent, but not even close to Nirchis for the same price. Idk, Pudgies is unique, but not worth it in my opinion. The only good thing there is their sauce. Buy it and make your own wings at home better quality for $3 for an actual full dozen. Idk how there still in business tbh. Literally an empty parking lot everytime I drive by there. We used to love the place in Cortland when we were kids. Its just not the same anymore. Sad tbh. I cant ever go back again. Pay less for way better quality at Nirchis 100% or just...
