Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Victor

I would like to tell you how their food was in this review, but I would have had to actually order it first in order to try it. I get it, I got there at 12:30 pm to get lunch, and there will always be a lunch rush(even on a Wednesday) but this was ridiculous. I saw that the drive thru lane was busy, so I figured I would try running inside to see how the line in there was. One older man waiting to pick up food he already ordered, and a family of four waiting to order. I watched the family order, and the employee gave them their drinks, which was actually only one Frosty and three cups for self serve. She then proceeded to stand and wait for their food to be made before trying to take my order. She even turned around and started dancing and goofing around with the kitchen staff. I get that most of the kitchen staff were busy making food, but at least take my order so that it could be in the queue. Even then, there seemed to be no hustle from the kitchen staff making food. I waited 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch before I left, hungry. I should also mention that the drive thru lane had only moved 3 cars in the 20 minutes I was there. Get better staff. Never...

I pulled into their drive-through at 12:15 AM yes and in the morning and it it was quite clear that they were already closed but for entertainment purposes I asked if they were going to throw anything away and the response was actually yeah we’re gonna throw away some burgers and I was like no way I can have them?!?!?! And they were like sure you could have them and I said well what are you going to put in the chili then and he said oh that’s right… And I replied again with yeah man, he then says one minute I’ll be right back with you , one minute … 22 seconds later I had the closing manager at the window telling me “yeah so we’re closed.” I said “I know I was just having fun ,busting bolas! The hours listed on the app, google, and their door are incorrect. If you order breakfast on the app, be prepared to cancel your order. I ordered at 7:33 am and got to the restaurant at about 7:39 am. Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and then tried “hello” and honking my horn once to see if anyone would respond. No response, so I pulled around to the front and decided to try the door. The hours listed on the door say drive through 6:30 am and dining area 7:00 am. I figured because it was 7:47 am that the door would be open, but it was locked. I didn’t have time to wait around to try any longer. Please update your hours so people don’t waste their time and go to the restaurant.
